Chipotle Mexican Grill

Many of their food options were out and when I did eat my food it was cold. I could complain more but ill just say save your time from coming here.

Slowest wait time when there are no customers. Waited to get food and when I finally did get food got super small portions… not going to spend 15min of my lunch waiting just to get some little tacos….

This palce is filthy! Where are your standards? Tables are dirty, If this is how you keep your dining room, I could just imagine the kitchen.

All of this happened in 1 trip to Chipotle today.

1. The only meat they had available was carnitas.
2. The card machine didn't work.
3. The line was out the door.
4. They gave the tiniest portion.
5. The food line was so dirty all the food was mixed.
6. There was no ice in the soda machine.

All in all I love Chipotle but I was disgusted today and wasted 25 dollars on 2 horrible meals.

I wish I would've read the reviews prior to going. The staff sucks here. First they barely add any toppings.and the prep area is a mess. The guy rang up my burrito bowl and walked away. Didn't even finish my transaction. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else. I did in fact want a drink but was standing there and he started helping someone else. I should've walked out and not paid but I'd feel guilty. Only reason I didn't stay to let him know was I had to get to work. Definitely avoid this place if u can.

Food wasn't great. Bland and flavorless. The pico de gallo had vinegar or something that made the tomatoes taste bad. Second time I've visited and both times it's been a disappointing taste experience. I think I've learned my lesson. Don't go back!

I was told "you missed the lunch rush, go somewhere else" by the dude with glasses when I asked if they had any more veggies. They were also fresh out of lettuce, chicken, and black beans. It's 2: 30 pm. I did go somewhere else, and I won't be back here again. Thanks for the tip dude!

This place is a real dump. I was craving Chipotle and this place was the closest to me. For starters, they are supposed to open at 10: 30am however, they didn't open until almost 10: 40am. There was literally a crowd of people waiting at the door and they didn't have the courtesy to apologize for the delay. On top of this, half of the sides were not replenished. There was NO steak and NO guac. You could tell the items that were available were left over from the day before. I figured I was already there and would just take what I could get. The gentleman was in such hurry that he was literally tossing the items onto the burrito and bowls, making a mess everywhere. I bought 1 burrito, 2 bowls, 2 drinks, and 1 bag of chips which totalled $37.62 which I paid cash for. I just arrived home and realized I did not get a receipt. Needless to say the food was not good as it was not fresh and on top of that cold. I take part responsibility for this because I should have left the minute I arrived and saw how filthy the restaurant was. The windows haven't been cleaned in God knows how long. They look like they have been showered with syrup. Believe me, this is NOT an exaggeration.

Second review: I used to go a lot to Chipotle. Tonight was the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Many items/ingredients missing including: No corn salsa, no sour cream, no cheese, no guacamole, several drinks missing, and trash bin was overflowing (see pic), and all tables were dirty with food

The staff is very slow for online/delivery order. They just stand around and look clueless. They have the screens in front of them to tell them what to make but they are still super slow.

I just went there ️ the boys working there are so nice and cute and the food is so tasty.
This place is Good choice for vegetarians ️

Its been a minute since I've had Chipotle. The Chicken Al Pastor was fire. Chips and Guacamole is a must as well. Best Guacamole for any QSR.

Honestly one of the worst places I've been. I waited over 30 minutes past my pick up tims for my mobile order. They had 1 person working on mobile orders and kept pulling him away to cash the walk-ins out.

How can a place run out of all ingredients every darn time I come in?
This is the 3rd time they don’t have the following literally not kidding
1) Pico
2) corn
3) lettuce
4) guacamole

3rd time! I suggest you close early or very early if you run out of food don’t you agree?

Disappointing and very dirty restaurant. Bathroom was disgusting, trash cans overflowing and every table was dirty. Chicken was extremely salty. With 6 employees working, most stood around and watched. Not to par 2-6-23

The food was cold and I was charged for something that should have been free.appears to have students working there that seem very inexperienced on what their doing.

The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff have horrible attitudes. It was a mess in there. Food all over the serving area. I wish I would of got the girls name that worked on 1/16/23 at 7: 45pm. She had a horrible attitude. She even rolled her eyes at me. Management should fire her. She is doing nothing good the your establishment.
