Good survive it didn’t take a lot of time for them to make the burrito, over all a good chipotle.

The worst chipotle is this location the stuffs are so careless and ghetto never going here again

The manager took us out of the store like if we were animals.

The man with glasses scouted us out of the restaurant almost pushing us out and pushing my mom who is an elderly.

It was hard to believe! All of this just because they wanted to close at 10pm.

Shame on these group of people running the restaurant.

The food that you are able to get is good. Their fajitas veggies are always “out” but 6 pm. They don’t know how to make enough for the entire day it seems. Maybe management needs to figure out why food in never available past 6 pm when they are open until 10. Pm. The store was messy today. Trash thrown where the plastic ware is. They have three employees for Togo but they don’t know how to clean the store. Very nasty today. Hopefully management looks into night crew. Fingers crossed

I give it 1 star because of the service, portion sizes. Let me start by saying this review is an accumulated review of many visits. They make you wait while there are 6 people back there goofing off. Finally one person starts your food then another finishes but the other person is no where to be found. Comes out 5 min later smh. I usually get a veggie or chicken, not all but most prepares skimp on everything and when you ask can you make that a full scoop of rice, corn, chicken etc they give this dumb look. The customer shouldn't have to keep asking a full scoop on every ingredient and be respectful. They give this kids portion on you bowl or burrito. Not going to even get into the online orders. Much worse. Probably will stop going here but only chipotle in town.

Place always runs low on something. This is my third experience in a row where they didn't have black beans, chips (are you kidding?). I was asked to place the online order as store was running low on staff and when I picked it up, they didn't give the forks and napkins. I think I have given them enough benefits of doubt, not any more.

8 out of 10 times I Order online there I’m missing something! Sometimes they forget the extra steak tonight it’s the chips.worse thing is they charge you for it and you can’t call them to get your money back! Very Poor service! If you go go in. If you order online check your order.

It was ok. I know they are short staff, but when you order a burrito bowl with lettuce, five pieces of lettuce and a pink of cheese. OMG. I will go to another Chipotle

I got a chicken bowl very salty with pieces of burnt chicken throughout. First time going there hopefully it’s not the norm.

My burrito was noticeably smaller than normal, the chips were chewy, and the guacamole was like 4 big chunks of avocado not mashed up.

The recent change to the hot sauce is very bad. Its too hot that it burns so much. Chipotle is not like how its used to br 3 years ago.

Small portions compared to other chipotle, bad tasting sauce (hot sauce was my all time favorite at other chipotle) … they always run out of items and sell you incomplete balls

Worst experience ever!
They screwed up my order twice within ten minutes.
No respect at all. I felt offended.

This place is disappointing. Went to buy a bowl and found that t was online order only with no reason mentioned. Ordered a bowl online and it was only 50% portion with many ingredients missing. Will never go here again. Read the other reviews and looks like they make it as a practice.

They won’t take orders hours before closing so I Mobile ordered, paid for extra chicken and got no chicken at all and guacamole was old and yellow. Worst chipotle I’ve even visited, proceed with caution.

Nothing but sadness from this place, every single order I've ever gotten (Dozen+) has been terribly portioned, looks depressing, and tastes decent at best. Workers clearly skimp out on online orders, as with every single one I've gotten has been with with shreds of meat countable on one hand, tiny dollops of sauce, and 90% rice. Half of the time I open the bag to find one, or even several items missing. I really want to like this place, but I just can't.
