The peeps here run a tight ship. We'll polished a dinner smells fresh and clean. Friendly employees. Good communique between the employees. Felt welcome and was approached by other associates when one walked away asking if I had been helped.

Yo, I came here tonight for a kids, chicken quesadilla and a chicken bowl. They legit gave me a tortilla shredded chicken and cheese. I asked them (Eduardo) do you guys no longer make the quesadilla and they say you have to ask for it to be made and I said, if I order a quesadilla, why should I have to ask for it to be made? They then said they Dont just make quesadillas my mind was blown I said ok well I don’t want it just take it off SMH please do not go here expecting a real quesadilla, pressed with hot chicken and melted cheese

Worst Chipotle experience in recent memory. Didn’t project sales accordingly. Came in during diner rush, Service manager served me beginning at the tortilla station. I proceeded to aske for a Salad and was given the scraps of wilted spinach. She even looked at it and second guessed herself before proceeding to ask if I wanted any rice. I asked for the vinegarette as well and was completely ignored. I asked for chicken and she skimped the portion and I asked for more. I then proceeded to salsa, and there were none. Only liquids. I was then told, ”we’re out”. I asked if I could have some from take out and was denied. But the customer in front of me received “extra” from take out. Maybe if the manager projected sales accurately, and the staff actually utilized their tools then they wouldn’t be struggling during peak periods. If you run out, go make two batches of each salsa. It’s not hard. An experienced service manager knows it takes ten minutes tops. This will save you more anguish and time, rather than explaining to all your customers why, “we’re out”. All I can say is “complacency”, and a lack of respect for customers. I walked out.

High quality chipotle low quality portions they gave me half scoops for double chicken so I won't be returning its not worth it

I was really disappointed when the manager working everything good but she’s not working today its first day of the new year and I was really happy and excited to go with my sister to eat chipotle, then you give me old chicken she doesn’t understand what I’m saying and really rude and the food was really old! ’

A little messy. Every time time I’ve come, we’d appreciate a little more cleanliness please. And any other chipotle I’ve gone to they give you a good sized portion of food. This one seems to skimp a bit.

There’s always fresh food coming off the grill when I come in so that is a plus. I’d suggest to management you hire more people so your store would be cleaner. No one wants to continue to come to a place that’s not clean.

I don’t understand why every time i order from this store on doordash, they always somehow mess up my order.the serving portion is terrible as well.

This is a solid chipotle location. The crowded Chick-fil-A right next-door makes it kind of a pain in the butt to get in and out of though. The quality of the food and the service are A+

Up until now all the food has been good and the portion sizes from this place have matched the portion sizes of all other Chipotles I've been to in several different cities. However today, Saturday about 5: 00 pm, I picked up three burritos I ordered online, the same burritos I always order from all Chipotles and the burritos WERE SO SMALL. Seriously, they are $15 burritos and whoever works there at this time made them super small. As a result I will not be going to this location again.

I got very bad stomach cramp later that evening after lunch. But I have a strong belly. So it was just a painful burn.

Poor service and rude. I ordered over the app. The app was malfunctioning on their end which they knew of all day but still took the order and billed my card (I had a confirmation number and pick up time) She made me a bowl and then insisted on charging me for a second bowl stating I had to call customer service for a refund. She was very rude and confused, couldn’t explain the situation and then wanted yo blame me. They don’t wear name tags.

I come here at least 2-3 times a month & never have any issues.went in today 22 august & got duped on my portions of meat & queso and told the line crew about it and she kinda just looked at me like i was crazy lol i didn’t wanna seem like i was being picky or anything but i literally was duped so hard got very little meat and half a scoop of queso… which costs extra.at least try to hear me out even the cashier wasn’t having it. & i wasn’t being problematic i just wanted them to see how bad the portions were

When you order on the Chipotle app, 60% of the time, they will mess it up. Always check your bags!

Slow service. Three people working and I was second in line waiting to get served. Serving size so small. Couldn’t buy extra rice. I get it all the other ones. Never again at this place.

Really good service. The people were very nice. The food was kind of cold though but it was good.

No different than any other Chipotle. Food is OK. And it's a good alternative for fast food.
