We frequent this particular location often and I feel it's time to share some of our criticism to help your restaurant and team make improvements. I read reviews on Google before writing my experience and it seems like your customers are making the same complaints over and over (rude service, incorrect orders, increase in prices but quality is decreasing, small portions). This is disappointing because it seems like these mishaps and discrepancies are not being corrected. We don't want to stop coming here to Chipotle; we just wish we could have some good customer service and quality food, like your motto says, "real ingredients, real purpose, real flavor" and "treating your people right. " These are a few of many complaints to give you examples of poor quality service: A young, female worker in particular always makes us feel rushed, makes our meals look sloppy, and does not do her job correctly. The grilled peppers/fajita were running out and when my husband asked if more peppers were being prepared she adamantly said there were no more peppers. She didn't even bother to look in the kitchen or ask a manager. My husband had to ask the manager and the manager said, "Yes, we have peppers! " She wrapped up my tacos before the peppers could even make it on my tacos, nor did she finish asking if I wanted any other condiments, so she had to open the foil up again, but my peppers were still given on the side. Messy, sloppy, cold. Another example: I've asked for two chicken tacos and one taco has 4 little pieces of meat and the other taco has 8 pieces. How is that consistent and how is that going to taste? I ask for sour cream and there's a little dot on one corner of the taco. You should train your employees to be consistent when making the food. Another example: Feeling rushed ALL THE TIME. We're asked what we want and before we can even speak she is asking "Do you want this, do you want that? " All of these examples and sloppy food-making is not part of your value system. This complaint is not to bash your restaurant and staff; we genuinely wish and hope this feedback is received in a positive manner so these things can be fixed. Please make these corrections so your customers will return. Don't reply to this post saying, "We are sorry you didn't have the best experience, etc. " The best thing you can do is train your employees to provide the best possible service so that when we spend our hard-earned money, we won't have regrets. Food was okay. The actual place looks like a nice place to eat. I never ate there but I have order my food to go and I never have any problems. Refreshment area is always a hit or miss. Workers are cool.

I have encountered rude service here and at another Chipotle. Which is why I never go to Chipotle very often.

Worse is, they seem to know this, and do not offer you a receipt. So there is no survey score.

I just don't understand the general level of disrespect for paying customers who after a long day's work, stop to get take away for home.

Nonetheless, that not withstanding, I will be satisfied with the knowledge that I will never eat from there again.

They must be watching portion control because my burrito was much smaller than usual. Less than a spoon full of rice and beans. Always fresh and trained employees.

You can always get a good meal at Chipotle, you can make it healthy and still have great flavor, delicious

Food could be a little fresher but yet I went when they were closing so that doesn't really say much. And they were out of their new watermelon lemonade which was a bummer.

Water rip off! They’ve raise their prices again. The cheapest thing on the menu is $9.30 which is over $10 with tax. They give you like the smallest scoop of everything possible and then see the person behind you get these massive scoops in a bowl that weighs like 2 pounds and yours is tiny. Got one tiny little scoop of guacamole for almost 3 dollars on there. Tried to get the free guac and chips with our points on the app. They charged me 700 points that I had earned and didn’t even give me the other guacamole. Just a tiny little spoon thought they put on the burrito. Chicken was gross, lots of gristle and fat. This place is just not the same as it used to be. Total disappointment. You tried bringing it up to the employees and they don’t even care. Still wearing masks, as well which is kind of strange. You can’t understand them when they talk because of the masks and loud music. It almost seems like it’s on purpose.

Fast, friendly and we could smell it from the parking lot. Yum! We opted for bowls today. The steak was juicy and flavorful.

It was a pretty good value for the price and very good food. It was well worth it.

The people that work here are so rude! My family and i ordered food, afterwards my daughter and I went to the bathroom to clean up and they kept harassing us to hurry up and leave.the manager is not nice either, on a different occasion we went in, i needed to use the restroom before ordering so my husband and daughter waited to order with me, the manager asked my daughter in a very rude way “are you going to order something or not? ” while we were in line to order.then asked my daughter and husband if she can help them with anything (mind you, not in a nice manner) definitely will not return to this place.they’re very rushy and ill mannered.

Thebowl was great.a bit pricey but the taste was good. Spicy salsa and well seasoned steak. Make sure ro check the chips, about 25% of my chip bag was soggy

Chipotle has completely lost its touch.

You used to be able to get a yummy healthy meal reasonably.

Go to Qdoba instead, they have wholewheat tortillas and unlike Chipotle they don't charge for Guac OR Queso

So sad, they don't even have a real ceiling, just cheap press wood open and untreated above you while you eat

Came here, to eat keto, got no beans no rice just asked for meat, he said “ It’s gonna be a lil extra “
Considering it was a $8.95 bowl I expected a few bucks, imagine how surprised I was when I got charged $30. I tried to speak to the manager to explain that it must of been a mistake, he then responded with “ if you just say meat they assume you want a extra scoop of each meat which we charge for “

So he basically said that the employee took it upon his own will to assume I wanted to pay $30 for a bowl of meat.

Unfortunately my first Chipotle experience so I had no idea how portions work, will likely be my last experience as well, unfortunate because the food tasted good. But this kind of interaction felt predatory.

Long story short make sure to ask about pricing before you get to the register, the food will be good but make sure you aren’t taken advantage of like I was.

Worst manager I have ever seen on site. They got my order wrong and I simply asked for my order with the correct protein. Instead of just replacing the order which I have already paid for the manager was simply rude and said he couldn’t do anything about it. I am Muslim and he asked me to eat the pork or add a side of chicken to it. Straight up discrimination and ignorance. Last time I will ever bring my money to this restaurant.

Normally I don't have a issue eating at this location, but today my burrito was made like if the person didn't care. He smashed it together with the foil and didn't even attempt to try to fix it just gave up and then tried to charge me for guacamole that I didn't order. I took on bite and ite was already starting to fall apart. I'm very disappointed.

My frist time having chipotle was here. It was really good and the employees were super helpful helping me through the process. The food is really good and I think for the price they are really good portions. A little expensive but you do end up very full and most of the times with leftovers. This specific restaurant is very nice and big and feels really clean and modern. Would come back at least ten more times
