18 I ordered four meals (3 bowls and 1 burrito)
First, the rewards program was not working and the cashier was very rude and had a bad attitude. Second and worst of all, when we got home we discovered the rice wasn't cooked well. It was uncooked and hard. This is very hard to eat because it's not cooked and since it's so hard it's hard to bite with braces. Safe to say, this is one of the worst Chipotle's I've been too.
We came to this location for lunch. Ordered on my mobile app. Food was ready in less than 10mins. They are fast and friendly here. They were busy at this hour. The restaraunt was not clean but we understand, considering how busy they were it was fine. Food was good.
Quality service is not here. If you looking to wait in long lines and also enjoy watching 10 different chipotle employees walking around doing nothing this is the store for you to go. Very few hard working staff.
The Chipotle in Gilroy is by far the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. I've been there at least 3 times and the employees don't greet customers or acknowledge customers waiting for their food. The staff basically consists of a bunch of high school/college kids that mess around the entire time instead of doing their jobs. The pickup orders are never placed on the shelf where they belong. The food quality is questionable. I always get tough pieces of chicken and my son got food poisoning after eating their steak. My last bowl had plain white rice - no cilantro or lime in the rice. No utensils or napkins were included in the bag even though I requested them. My food was cold even though I picked it up before my scheduled pick up time. Terrible experience and terrible service at this location. I definitely won't be back. This location needs a complete overhaul.
Worst chipotle ever do not go here
Their mobile orders are trash in person is trash every time I go here it seems like an issue. Employees are horrible.
Unfortunately, didn’t have a great experience. The place was not clean and the bathroom was terrifying. The staff was not very friendly, and we got stomachache and headaches after eating here.
Extremely long wait time. My 9 year old ordered a build your own (what even is that?) They make her a full Size burrito. She starts to eat it while im trying to pay. They would not remedy the mistake and forced us to pay for a full size burrito instead of a remake. The steak was at least 1 day old, hard and cold. It's hard enough paying so much for a large family to eat.let alone, cold / old meat and poor customer service to remedy the situation. Won't be back.
When asked for vegetables the server rolled her eyes. She had to get them to refill the serving container.
The place was pretty dirty, floor, windows, and the food looked gross, the rice was kinda hard and the rest of the food in the case looked like it needed to be freshened up with a fresh batch of meat, beans, clean pan's etc. Service was good, atmosphere was ok, I took it to go, it felt dirty, because it was dirty, garbage over flowing, table's were dirty,
This was the first time I didn't feel like I got my money's worth at a Chipotle. The burrito was about 2/3 the usual size, they were out of chips, and they were working out of mostly empty bins, so the meat was dry and the beans sparse.
Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were out of guacamole, the brown rice was undercooked, and the red sauce was way too hot.
Fantastic chipotle and friendly staff! We ordered double of everything and our bowl wasn’t really overflowing which was slightly disappointing but all in all it was a good meal. This shop is about a 4 min walk to the Tesla superchargers so it’s a good place to grab a bite.
I found a long 5 inch hair in my pick de gallo

The chicken is usually really good at chipotle, but not at this location. The veggies and lettuce were not chopped, well so many big pieces. I would have gone back to address my concerns, but I was on a road trip and already left the area.
Very expensive for what you get. They hardly put any meat so I asked for more (double meat) and it’s $5 extra! On top of extra for guacamole $2.65 and a tiny bag of chips $1.85 comes out to $22.26. Instantly doubles in price. Insanity, there’s no reason they should be charging that much extra for things.
The best service that they provide for the each customer is awesome
I had a veggie bowl, and veggie burrito with chips and extra guacamole with my order every time.

I loved every singile bite of my order.
The store is open but they will only serve mobile orders. I could have had my burrito ready and paid for by the time I actually downloaded the app, created my order, and added my credit card. I was one of the only people in the store, the guy put it on the shelf without saying a word, like we weren't the only ones in there waiting for food. Also zero napkins or utensils available in the public space, when I asked for some the guy found a pile in the corner of his station and handed me some without a word again. This is the lowest effort I have ever seen at a Chipotle location and I regret not leaving when I saw the signs. Two big groups came in and left, seems like it would be worth it to actually staff the place correctly.
Manager did not want to work. She did not allow staff to take any in store orders. Online only. Then after her shift was over the staff was accepting in store orders.
