Chipotle Mexican Grill

In the past years there was great service. I have been to this location various times this year, What happened? They Never have their ingredients ready or cooking upon request such as the fajita veggies or corn. Team Members are nice but short staffed and eating areas do not look clean or dusted.

I really enjoyed the food selection and built myself a great burrito. All choices were very fresh and my burrito was delicious.

I am very disappointed with Chipotle Mission Hills because I worked for Chipotle myself for a year and half. I understand they are closing in 2 hours, but I ordered Chicken Pollo, White Rice, Corn, Fajita, and Lettuce, and all i got was Chicken Pollo and White Rice. I even waited an extra 10 minutes and I tried calling and no one was answering!

One of the Quasadills's were great, the other one was edible but pretty burned.
Good salsa.

Masks are required, and you need proof of vaccination to eat indoors. Pleasant atmosphere and not to loud. Key pad on the bathroom, staff will give you the code.

This is what you call a bag of chips? Its come down to checking now your chips to make sure they're the correct portion.

The only complaint was the pinto beans were not fully cooked and unseasoned at this location. I won't be ordering that again

Awesome service I had forgotten my mask so I called the store and they politely brought my pickup order out to my truck

I had a burrito in a bowl. I was glad to see as ingredients got used quickly they replaced it just as fast. The guacamole is very good and the chips were cooked to a good consistency. I would suggest if near this Chipotle stop in for a burrito that you choose your own ingredients as they prepare it right in front of your eyes! Don't forget the salsa!:)

All I ordered was a burrito and a side of chips so simple and still forget my chips? Also my burrito had very little meat not worth 10 dollars never again

Bought a burrito bowl, with chips and queso. Well i didnt get the queso and the chips were greasy and stale. I called the restaurant to see what can be done and was told "next time you come in just say we missed it on your last order and we'll give it you for free" yeah i dont think thats how it works otherwise anyone can just come up, say that and get something for free.

Everything was prepared competently. We ordered online so we wouldn't have to wait. I arrived at 7: 15, right when the online system said it was promised to be ready, but no dice. No burritos, either.
Nobody had bothered to do anything about the order, though I watched as four other separate orders were picked up from remote orders. They offered me a drink for my trouble.
So overall, not horrible, but what's the point of ordering online if I have to stand there and wait while it's prepared after everyone else in line as well as four other online orders? Didn't speed things up at all. Sounds have asked for free chips instead of the drink. The chips are really good.
As for the rest of the food, it's always great. I did have another issue this time, which is very unusual: there was a whole bay leaf in my burrito! I get those are for seasoning and all, but I think they could at least be removed so I don't get a big leaf and its stem in my food.
It probably sounds like I'm just angry and ranting, but no, despite all these things, I'd still go back! The food is that tasty. Be warned, it is pretty spicy, but that how it tastes best.

This is surely one of the finest place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I come there I am remarkably happy. They always keep their very high level service and the highest level of dishes they offer. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Fast service and friendly staff. Social distancing and Covid guidelines were on point. They had no issues refilling my soda 5 times.

We came to this restaurant for dinner.my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again.we highly recommend this place.
