14I ordered and paid for a watermelon limeade and a burrito. They gave me a sealed bag with a burrito and an empty cup. I realized when I got home. They didn't bother to tell me that I needed to unstaple the bag and get my own drink.
Terrible service. I placed a pick up order and they were not only behind on having it ready but they also gave the wrong order.
It's Chipotle. It you like it then you like it. I feel like the quality is going downhill but it's still not bad
Good food, good location, good service. The only concern I have they always rush the order even if you are the only person there
I come here regularly because it’s the closest one to my home. Almost every time I come they are out of something, guacamole, chips, taco shells! How do you run a taco restaurant without these items? The staff has a lazy slow bad attitude also, they consistently move like depressed snails, like you’re bothering them for being there. They open their doors late for business, and the counter girl took 5 minutes to wash her hands, put on her apron and ask me what I wanted. I was late for a meeting and it all made me later. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager made excuses telling me that I wasn’t being understanding because I didn’t understand that they were short staffed and it wasn’t their fault. Has standard business protocols and attitudes been completely thrown out the window with this next generation? Upper management you need to check this store. It’s failing daily.
This location is constantly behind on prepping food items or just out of stock in general. You wanna come here for dinner? Good luck trying to get anything besides corn and lettuce. Last 3 times I came here they have empty bins of their food items when there is a huge line. And when you ask if they have anymore of a certain item, they act like it's a huge task to fill it up. Some of the employees have a major attitude too. Love the food here. It's just annoying to have a majority of items constantly out of stock or not prepped.
This Chipotle is terrible. We have been going here almost on a weekly basis for years. Lately they are always out of something. Tonight they were out of tortillas so they couldn’t make burritos. How do you run out of tortillas? !? ! Burritos are your main menu item!
I think I'm finally done with this Chipotle. Its 6pm and they are out of beans and guacamole. They are always out of so many things and they never have any replacements or back ups. They just tell you they don't have any. The other day my son got a steak burrito and they literally put 3 little slices and that's it, that was ok with them to make a burrito like that and charge for a steak burrito. I'm just done. Too bad my kids really liked them.
Great food for a fast lunch. Nice staff. They just need to work a little bit on the hygiene of the place.
I ordered the soft tacos my Wife ordered the crunchy tacos they put her crunchy tacos in a tin container they put my soft tacos in tin foil i go outside the and they were all smashed together like one big taco couldn't tell where 1 started and 1 ended was complete mess if anything they should put the soft tacos in the tin container and crunchy tacos in tin foil. Now They were delicious don't get me wrong. It's just they were very messy very annoying to have to pull apart and eat.
Went last night 08/29/22 they ran out of cheese and told the customer in front that it would be a long time before it was ready. As we got to the counter it was ready. Just seems like poor management on the shift leads part to run out of cheese. Also when there are customers waiting in line it would be professional to greet them instead of keep your back on them for a couple minutes. But hey maybe I'm expecting to much good customer service.
The guac is either super good or super bland and tastes like nothing. Pretty disappointing when you’re paying a lot for a burrito.
Changing 4 stars to 2 star rating.
I have ordered few Sofritas Bowls with white, brown rice, corn, veggies, black beans, Sofritas and lettuce.
I wonder why did I get the meat pieces in the veg Sofritas bowl.
I don’t recommend this store for vegetarians.
This is by far the worst chipotle I've been to, unfortunately closest to my house so I have been multiple times hoping they will be better. First few trips no chips no apologies by anybody there. This time I order via app, get there to pick up to be informed they are out of tortillas.how the hell do you run out of the main item.so they replace it with tacos, not the same cost and no offer of refund. Get home and the order is incomplete. Call the store and no answer. Worst run Chipotle, would rather drive to a different location further away then return here.
As someone who worked there, I confirm all of your comments. Working there with the manager on duty is bad and makes the restaurant worse. What you have seen or experience, is not just once, is every day. And careful with the food, you don't know if they washed the veggies properly or if they even wash them?
Specially when it's about online orders, manager don't care about it and blames it on the employees, just in case if you wondered why NP chipotle takes so long with your orders, usually they make them when people is already mad, is not the employees fault, it's the Manager's.
It's what happens when a kids is in charge of more kids.
