The food is good and tastes good, but with all the sides that they put on it, they make the main dish cold. In addition, the deals are somewhat fraudulent because in the end you pay much more for them.

Title: A Sweet Surprise at Chipotle

My recent visit to Chipotle (R st, Merced, CA) was a memorable one! I went in with the intention of ordering a delicious chicken bowl, but fate had other plans. The restaurant was bustling with activity, which is always a good sign, and the staff was working at breakneck speed to keep up with the orders.

I asked for a chicken bowl, but I ended up with a veggie bowl instead. It's understandable that mistakes can happen, especially when the staff is so busy and trying their best to keep up. Although I was initially a bit disappointed, I decided to embrace the unexpected twist in my dining experience.

As expected, the veggie bowl was good! It wasn't what I had planned, but it turned out to be a satisfying meal.

I will visit Chipotle again, and I hope that next time they will get my order right. My wife and I are looking forward to another enjoyable meal there. Keep up the good work, Chipotle, and just remember to double-check those orders!

I have never had any bad experiences at any fast food restaurants, however today I did I was enjoying my food and seen that there was a dead bug on my lettuce. I ended up throwing my food away.

Excellent staff and shoutout to Carina the Manger knowing how to treat each and every customer that walks in. Myself and 5 year son eat here weekly and they all go above & beyond remembering my son order to the "T". Thank you for the great food and experience.

I only ordered from this location because I had a gift card, as they had provided poor experiences in the past. The order was delivered very quickly, but I paid for extra cheese and I didn't receive any cheese on my order. I will not be placing orders from this location moving forward.

Good food, clean seats/seating, and a great vibe for a date or just a quick food stop while getting groceries.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location today and had the most wonderful experience! Right from the start, Melissa was incredibly friendly and crafted my bowl with love and so much pride in her job. Lippsey was my excellent cashier and was very sweet as she made sure my order was exactly as I wanted. It was a smooth process and one of the best experiences I've ever had in all my years as a Chipotle customer. These ladies are a fine example of A+ customer service and I thank them for being absolutely amazing!

Sadly, they no longer provide military discounts. Only in uniform. I will not be supporting this establishment any longer.

Line is always long the beans was watery the staff had attitude the bathroom was a mess the lines were long hair in food the soda station wasn’t working the food made me sick and had the runs not sure how people can still eat at this place chips were salty

Chipotle gotten "skimpy" with their chips.the large is only 4 oz seems like theres more one day from the next.used to be my go-to spot all these restaurants are charging more money and giving you less

Place has been going down in service. Clearly ordered extra stuff and I got it half full. If you order online make sure to check your food before leaving or be prepared to be disappointed.

Really great service! Fast and efficient. I’ll have to deduct points because of cleanliness, though. The place I was a little kind of dirty I don’t blame the staff they just have a lot of customers and possibly need to hire more people.

I love chipotle, just not at this location. Customer service was terrible, the short male manager refused give me a bowl for my take out crispy tacos, now wrapped up in a foil all soggy, especially when its barbacoa meat.

Really good food (its somehow better than I remember). Also really good customer service every one there was nice and was keen on helping

It’s a hit or miss. Either your food will come out just the way it’s supposed to or the items will be missing on your online order, the quality of food is subpar (dry meat, hard rice, fruit side for a kids meal are lemons instead of the usual mandarin). Test your luck! But I wish there was a different location who has consistent food quality.

Chipotle is generally good but this location is the worst ive had throughout all locations ive had in California (its too bad I live here). Burritos always come out tiny through the Doordash app, flavor is not there and service is need of improvement. I gave it another try after a year and a half and only took 2 bites of my food -its now in the trash-. The receipt doesn't even have an option to call and leave a review. Never coming back.

Not particularly impressed and definitely won’t be coming back. Prices have severely increased as expected but what’s most frustrating is that the quality has also extremely suffered. I had to ask for a full scoop of chicken in my burrito and when I finally took a bite, I got a mouth full of rice and sour cream. The guy had to double wrap it because he put the portions off and then when I asked for them to add more chicken so I could have some chicken to eat with the rest of everything else, they said they were trying not to charge me for extra.apparently a 13 dollar burrito doesn’t get even a full scoop of
Chicken.

Beans were spicy for the kids. They didn’t like them.

$36 for 2 burritos, a side and guacamole and chips and the best part was the free side of salsa.
