Portion sizes are abismal. They xheat you in burrito size, never goinf to this location again.

Do not order off the app, they always give you half size portions. This location is a rip off, it's happened many times.

Go to the chipotle on Ynez by the mall. I've been to this Parkway location too many times with too many issues.
Like how many times Ive order GUAC and instead get a half an Avocado hidden in mush. Please learn this simple recipeit's not hard but based on the amount of times this happens.
Chipotle by the mall never misses.
People here are kind and such as its not really a service issue, but the food reflects someone on the staff not giving a fugg.

I rarely ever eat at this place. Maybe once every few years. I made the mistake of going 45 minutes before they closed. The place look dirty af. They were out of a lot of food items but the guy failed to communicated that before he started making my bowl. The guy looked gross and had a negative attitude. He literally seemed angry that I was ordering. Won’t be back.

DISGUSTING! The food was old, everything was mixed up just droppings everywhere of food. I understand they're short staffed but hire some better employees. Something is wrong with this store and this is the second time I have walked out before ordering. I waited in line for over 20 minutes wasted my time. I'm infuriated. I went in around 8: 30 when they don't even close till 10pm. They also weren't making anything new or fresh. Pathetic excuse for service. I'll go to the one on Ynez from now on. ALSO atleast Panda has their stuff together. Maybe stop hiring teenagers that have no work ethic. Also staff shouldn't be taking breaks in the front end of the store. This is terrible the owner of the location needs to be made aware customers are leaving and not coming back.

Came in on 7/28 at 9: 15pm there was no line all 5 team members were focused on closing prep areas, and 1 team member focused on DoorDash orders, no communication within staff made me wait 15 minutes all though there was no line and I was late to my shift. This has happened multiple times after giving feedback to manager Liz she did nothing about it.

HORRIBLE service. Waited 25 minutes in line only to be told they were out of several items. 6 people working, one person working the line, ringing up and assisting with pick ups.
Guy with a beard walking around doing nothing, another guy sweeping looking at the 14 people in line.

This site if horribly managed. Do yourself a favor a drive across town or better yet down the street to 2 other authentic taco shops

This is the slowest chipotle I’ve ever ordered from, there was 6 people In front of me and waited 40 minutes to place my order.

Very disappointed with the service here

Sadly Disappointed

This rating follows the third time in recent weeks that we have visited Chipotle at 32195 Temecula parkway in Temecula and found key ingredients not available.

In recent visits, the following ingredients have been alternately unavailable: lettuce guacamole, corn and fajita vegetables.

When I asked the Manager if she might be able to add just a little guacamole to help make up for the missing ingredients, she insisted that I must pay the full price for even a small portion of guacamole. She said that if that wasn't satisfactory, that I could "just come back tomorrow. " Wow. That's just not the type of customer care that makes Chipotle a great choice for healthy fare.

I completed a survey, and advised Chipotle via the corporate website. Their response was meaningless (they want customers to be happy and will talk with that location blah, blah, blah). They offered no encouragement, whatsoever, to return to that location and try them again. Maybe they know that location is awful, too.

If you like Chipotle food (as we do), I strongly recommend going to a different location! This particular store apparently doesn't want your business.

Terrible Chipotle experience the guy at the front cut me off 5 times to talk to his friends and co-workers they were literally out of everything no beans, no carnitas, no corn salsa, no guacamole. The place was a mess every table was gross there was food all over the floor the work space was gross and the food were all mixed up rice in with the meats, salsas mixed up. Dirty everywhere and the staff was yelling back and forth to each other just talking about their day. Very unprofessional 3 people left the line and went to the place next door. Then when we go the food the rice had way too much lime and not enough salt it was literally sour rice and the guacamole was not mixed very well giant slices of avocado not even mixed. It was an overall poor experience. Poor food and poorly managed.

My last visit to this store (8/14/2023) it was very dirty.both behind the counter where the food is served and prepared and the dining room. The floors hadn't been swept and the tables were not wiped down.

I had recently placed an order with this restaurant through their app for delivery. The delivery was great, but the food was unsafe to eat. Upon opening my food from this restaurant I had noticed there was large amounts of spoiled and unwashed looking lettuce on both meals. After removing a good amount of the lettuce I also found either what seems to be a ball of dirt or rabbit feces. I am disgusted by the quality and lack of food safety at this restaurant. Considering Chipotle's past with Salmonella I would be cautious when considering ordering food here.

The lobby was dirty. No forks no napkins. Trash was completely full. Food was good but needs to be cleaned up.

Went Thursday 8/10. Place was extremely dirty. The staff looked very depressed like they didn’t want to be there. One guy wearing a mask messed up my order, the person in front of me and the person behind me. I read bad things about this chipotle but I wanted to give them a chance. Never again. I waited 10 minutes just be cashed out. A Hispanic lady working the back looked so miserable. She walked by me and didn’t even acknowledge us standing there. Please hire better people or get more help. You’re going to lose many customers.

This review is not related to the employees; it focuses on the manager's attitude. Time and time again, I have witnessed the manager displaying a poor demeanor towards the employees. He shows no respect for them and blames them for the store's issues. After 5pm, it is common for several items to run out, indicating a lack of preparation throughout the day. The manager assigns employees to the wrong areas, causing delays for customers. There is no consideration for implementing an assembly line system, which is essential for a place like Chipotle. The way he mistreats and belittles his employees in front of customers is highly inappropriate.

This is the slowest moving chipotle line on earth, only 1 person serving and 1 person bagging and checking people out, makes no sense, I've come here multiple times at diferent hours of the day and always end up walking out due to lack of staff and a slow moving line. I just don't get it. The employees even say that lock the doors when the line gets too long. Like really!? How about hire more employees and get the line moving, 1 person serving is just ridiculous.

The cheapest Chipotle I've ever been too. It really feels like all the employees are terrified to give the customer a little bit extra portion of an ingredient for fear of their manager yelling at them. Half the time I leave here, I am greatly disappointed with the portion of food provided. If you try to ask for a little bit extra of anything they try to charge you. Chipotle was never like this in the past. I hope they fix the culture soon.

I ordered a chicken bowl through online order, but it was horrible. Uncooked rice in it!
Hurt my teeth! The amount of food was also only half! I order extra corn, but it was even less than regular! Avoid online order at this location!
