12The food was great and the staff was so kind and helpful. It was my first ever visit and they were so very patient with my questions.
Served me some spoiled food, got food poisoning from here. The date was 8/30/2023. I'm curious if other customers got it, too.
I’d like to recognize Alyssa. I had an issue with my order (no steak in my burrito and not double wrapped), and she was totally understanding. She was super polite, apologized, and made me a new one. She turned a negative experience into the most positive trip to Chipotle I’ve had. As a side note, she even remade my entire order after quickly glancing at my receipt and didn’t need to double check what I wanted. Give Alyssa a promotion!
I was charged for having a side of salsa and sour cream vs putting it on top of my bowls. No Chipotle has ever done this. We keep them off because it freezes the food and we can't reheat with tomatoes or sour cream. I asked for manager help and they said there is no way to reach anyone.
The staff is pretty friendly and generous.
This place is definitely the "good Chipotle" out of all Chipotle's here.
It's something about Chipotle and after covid you know it's just not the same I don't know it's it's like the food is like not as good or shall I say I'd rather go to a taco truck but I mean it's really Americanized if there's any Travelers. Oh
I picked up a burrito bowl around 11: 30am from this location and took it back to my office to eat it. The rice was hard and inedible! The chicken was burnt, and the lettuce was brown like it was old. I could not eat my meal. Waste of $12!
Food was pretty good, although they have done better for me on other visits (. And at other locations.), but ordering was an aggravating and bizarre exercise in post-modern depravity akin to fetching rivets for Joseph Conrad. They were apparently so busy with their existing orders, that - oh yeah. Corporate is going to _LOVE_ this - they put a sign on the door - and backed up this policy **to our faces** that they were so swamped with existing large orders that they were only taking new orders via online ordering. That's right. The employee at the counter told me exactly that - in person didn't matter and they weren't even going to pretend it did as is customary. This added a lot of time to order via web or an app instead of walking over and just making the order directly to the person who will ultimately make it too. Another employee seemed to be cleaning the closed-off portion of their dining room, and only acknowledged us to grab the meal someone else had prepared for us.
Food was pretty good still, but the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't return for a while, and if my friend had been my guest instead - we would have chanced it elsewhere, I am sure of it.
Food is always great and fresh and huge portions, staff is friendly and convenient location.
My favorite chipotle. Nice employees and minimal wait times. Parking sucks but that’s not their fault.
Went in here to pick an order for Halloween pickup time was 11: 15. I inquired about the order and the manager says to the employee that asked her if it was ready and her reply was “nope” like she was mad that the order even existed. Then told me it would be 15 minutes. FYI there isn’t anyone in the store. Not very good management!
This location has the worst food quality of any of the locations and it stems from the lack of care from all of the employees.
