Chipotle Mexican Grill reviews
13This is a very reliable chipotle with all the classics. Usually all the choices are very well stocked. But occasionally I'll go in and they'll be out of a thing or maybe two. I think the inside of the store could be cleaner in moments. Also the air conditioner was on really cold when I was there last time. But no complaints. It didn't take away from enjoying my meal
Parking is a pain but it's at a great location. Service is great as well as the people who come to dine here.
We came in tried to order and waited for someone to help us out but staff just proceeded to clean up and not acknowledge us at all. I know you want to close but if you’re open until a certain time respect that.
Wow this is stupid as hell, lol. I get here at 9PM and it seems like there are people standing in the line area so I ask and they say "oh they're only taking online orders. "
Uh, what? Why do I need to make an online order, how is that different than just walking up to the counter and ordering? I was so blown away by this, the workers looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if I could just make an order.
Anyway, I'm already there, so I pull up the app and start to order when I see "15 minute wait time" as if I'm ordering from home and heading over to the restaurant to pick up. Uh dude, it's Chipotle, I'm not gonna sit around for 15 minutes for you to make my burrito and put it in a bag for me.
Anyway this is the dumbest thing I've ever seen at any Chipotle.
Folks were out of Bowls at 7 pm on Friday evening on.
We saw them take the paper bowls behind and apparently they were being reserved for online orders as they have higher priority than in person customers which btw were being served their bowls in a make shift foil bowl which wouldn’t even close properly.
Recommend to find some other chipotle branch if you want a better in person experience.
For a while this place was a good location, but they suddenly started making the smallest burritos I've seen at any Chipotle, and I've seen many. I started doing in-person only which seemed to solve this but recently had the same pitifully sized burrito made in front of me.
I don't blame the employees, I'm sure corporate needs to make yet another buck but if you don't want to be disappointed reconsider!
The man with the red scar on his neck is a racist and has lack of customer service skills.
The other workers are rude and do not acknowledge customers when coming in
Surprisingly poor experience all around for a Chipotle - especially one in such a decent area and a nice-looking building.
Burrito was stingy on the meat, very poorly wrapped, and not mixed at all. The dining area was filthy, and we couldn't even wipe off the table because there were no napkins (or much of anything) available, and when I went to use the bathroom (also to grab a paper towel to wipe the table down), the door was broken to the point where it almost wouldn't close, and it definitely did not lock. The place was not busy in the slightest before we arrived, but nobody bothered cleaning up the tables or restocking the drink/utensils station. We ended up getting up and leaving because it was such a frustrating mess. I don't slam a place with 1 star from 1 bad experience, but this was a rough one.
Typical Chipotle food and quality. Staff is very friendly.
They do tend to give less rice so i have to always ask for extra scoops.: s
Chicken was well seasoned&cooked
Service was 10/10
Oldies set the vibe
Salute to the Gentlemen working at this Chipotle
Nice size portions! Much as it cost to eat out now, I don't want a toddler size ANYTHING!
I don’t ever leave reviews… I love chipotle but almost every single time I’ve come to this location they have always been completely out of standard ingredients. Worse, they don’t ever have a plan or time frame of when these ingredient will be ready. They’re just “out of it”. Most recently, no guacamole, chips, or brown rice. Cmon chip? !
