Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don't come here for lunch and expect any speed. Waited in line with 10 people. 9 workers were in there and only one of them was actually filling orders on the line. Makes me sad that a manager doesn't see that failure.

Found plastic in my chicken and the remaining bit of it that I swallowed got stuck for a bit scratched up my throat pretty bad. I showed the workers but they just glanced at each-other and smiled like it was nothing.

Terrible service. Always a long wait for delivery orders. Cashier will sometimes check in the computer to see if the order is being worked on. Other times just ignores our requests.

Food is great it's Chipotle! But they have literal Ree. Taar dss working there! They move slow like them, and they're facial expressions also appear to be a bit on the slow side. Did I mention how slow they are? Food is better than the service. Hope they don't drool on my food for this post of honesty.

I ordered my meal online for pick up. I ordered chips and queso and the chips are STALE! And even though I ordered large there are enough chips in the bag for a small. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my food from this Chipotle.

Whoever was working tonight’s shift was horrible. Barely put any food in the bowel bc they were almost out of everything and it was only 9. There was no ice and the sprite was carbonated. The kids meal chips were so stale. They need to be careful serving people this kind of food someone will get sick. We came in at 9 and they seemed upset and had everything ready to close. Seems like other people had the same problem going in at 9

I love "Chi-Potle" but unless you ask for extra rice or beans it's pretty skimpy. The staff is always kool. The food quality is good. Even though they have had all those stories in the news, I've never had a problem. I always get the burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, corn, cheese, steak and a bag of chips. It's a little pricey but over all good. If you have not tried it, give it a go. You might like it. I go there about once a week. So I must like it to some extent.

UPDATE: Waiting in line for 14 minutes and it has not moved at all. Looks like they need some new management or protocols. This is crazy.

We are looking for Mexican food in California and that's what Chipotle is for I love it

Huge respect to our guy that served us today because we order something crazy and he all with it with the order we both laughed and had a great time while he was doing my order. Hope gets a raise for being good person to us

Awesome can’t go wrong here.
Only downside too small not enough room to eat inside without people in line being a bother.

This place says open till 11, I love Chipotle. Get off work late. I go in at 9 and they have no more ingredients. They are starting to clean up. Why not cut the hours at 9 so people don’t waste the drive there? I get it. You work fast food industry and a kid. But just stop the app from showing 11pm if you guys are going to close 9 pm

Portions were extremely small, making the burrito extra watery and with no taste. Only thing they gave much of was the sour cream. Staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming.

I love this restaurant, but there is an employee whose appearance cuts my appetite and her appearance is disgusting as usual, and I will not return again. She is a cashier.

Socialize/ play around not acknowledging customers had to wait around 5-7 minutes for cashier

Surprised when we walked in how dirty it was but still planned on meeting some people there. No napkins, no ice in machine. Very dirty store with no management.

Online order wasn't ready as it was stolen. They had to remake my order. Apparently, this is a common thing. They should keep people's orders in a different location so you can't just walk up and grab any food you want. It's not the staff's fault. The rice in my burrito was crunchy. Either over cooked or dried out. Lose a star for that. Great service, though. The staff was great.

Love Chipotle. I like that you have choices. Whether you're in the mood for a burrito, a bowl, a salad, or a taco, you can't go wrong. I usually get the burrito bowl. It's filling, and for the most part, it's pretty healthy. My only beef is " Where's the beef? " I can understand that everything is expensive right now, but the customer is paying for their order. When I ask for rice and extra lettuce, it feels like their workers are counting each grain of rice and each leaf of lettuce, let alone the meat and guacamole. I know it's not the workers fault, they are doing what they were trained to do.

I'd rather have authentic Mexican food but Chipotle is coo. I tried the new al pastor chicken, pretty good.
