Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is a chipotle branch that needed some detail attention to mobile & online orders.
“There’s always room for improvement”.

But if you planning to dine in or order in person this will be a great spot to go. Fast and easy for dine in and to gos.

Save your money and go across the street to get Mexican or anywhere else. My online order said it was ready for pickup, but wasn’t on the shelf. I tried to get the attention of several employees, but I was ignored by all, then I finally get someone to acknowledge me they decide to start having a conversation with another employee instead of helping. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. This location went downhill during the pandemic and we finally stopped going there altogether after bad experience after bad experience.

After a year or two, we decided to try again. We ended up ordering on the app and recieved maybe 1/3 of a normal Chipotle portion. I ordered extra salsa and received about a teaspoon instead. There was almost no meat, maybe 2 tablespoons. My husband's meal was the same. A massive waste of money since our meal was pretty much just soggy overcooked white rice.

The service was terrible too. The restaurant was practically empty with employees standing around and our meals took 20 minutes longer than the app said.

This location hires some of the worst employees I've ever seen. I can't tell if this is a Chiptole-wide issue or just a very poorly managed location. Either way, we are done for good. It's a shame to see a once great food option go so far downhill. 9 times out of 10, you don't get what you asked for OR you get someone else's order entirely.

Their mobile ordering system is nonsenical. I place a mobile order for 8pm. I get there at 8pm. There's no line. I ask if my order is ready. They say it's being made in the back. Meanwhile, the employees working the front line are waiting for walk-in customers. I wait 10 minutes. I see five people walk in, order their food, and leave before me.

I think it's a fluke. I place another mobile order for 10: 50am, 5 minutes after they open. I get there at 10: 50. My order is not ready. They say it's being made in the back. Again, I see 5 people walk in, order and receive their food before me. My order is ready 10 minutes later.

If you want to place a mobile order, add 10-15 minutes to their ETA. Or just walk in and get it faster, because that makes sense.

I work just down the street and every single time I go wanting to chipotle the chips are completely stale and I'm talking to the point where it's inedible. Taste like left for days and EVERY TIME. The people are good and place seems clean and atmosphere is good. It's just the quality of food really needs improvement.

Seeing a trend with the quality of Chipotle going downhill, this location is no exception. It used to take 5 minutes to get through if there were only a few people in line and now it’s closer to 10-15. We tried online ordering ahead and got what appeared to be half servings.

Ordered 2 chicken bowls to-go via the app, both the bowls were half filled with mostly rice

Yeah this place is usually great, we come here often. But we always stand in line and have our burritos made on the spot. Today, we tried ordering off of the app. We got four burritos, and three of them looked ok (much smaller than usual, but ok) but one of the burritos had this strange dark grey specks all over it, and this was only on one. A spot on the burrito had a dark spot too, so we were not sure if it was safe to eat. We looked it up on Google and it said it was mold, so we called Chipotle. They had a bot on the phone, and it wasn't a very smart one. I finished my burrito by the time the call went to an actual person! They gave us a free burrito, but we had to go all the way back so it was not a good experience. If you're gonna go, go in person and wait in line. Although they said the spots were from the press, it was still disappointing. The burritos were mid this time too, so two or of ten.

Ordered burrito bowl with Sofritos & Fajita Veggies. White rice was badly undercooked (crunchy). No sofritos were included. Fajita veggies barely cooked at all. Best thing about the bowl was chili corn salsa. Absolutely not worth the price.

I've eaten Chipotle numerous times without any problems. But CMON MAN. They ran out of rice, chicken, and guacamole. Plus, their attitude was like "whatever dude". Bunch of teenagers messing around with bad management. I won't go back until they have a new staff. Totally unprofessional.

Food is tasty and staff is quick. They can be a bit rude sometimes and they skimp out on portions.

I come here often and normally the service and quality of food is good hence why I rate it a three star. But today was an off day apparently. The white rice was very over cooked and was very mushy and clumpy. The blond cashier also got her blond hair in my food. I have black hair and my spouse and child have brown. I usually love the service here with the cashier that has brown hair. She always knows my daughter’s order. But today was just bad and made me regret spending money here.

I provided A LOT of business to this location and have seen it go downhill so fast that I know drive out of my way to go to the Iron Point location who provides exceptional service every time. Bidwell store has generally made good food, however the service leaves a lot to be desired. I usually order via the app and if I arrive early I wait in the parking lot until I get the text "Your order is ready! " The last THREE times (last time was on 5/19/23), I went in after this and just stood there.the blonde cashier tried not to make eye contact and kept helping and ringing up the line customers. When they were all gone, I waved to the other girl and when they were done talking to the line cook, she told the cashier you have someone waiting. The person behind me walked out. The cashier said to the other girl, "the order is not ready yet. " I received a text 2 minutes after the promise time that it was ready and stood there an additional 6 minutes.she walked slowly to the back and I saw her grab two bags that were there the entire time. I just wish you could remove the tip after the fact. I will NEVER return to this location.

I'm not the biggest fan of the industrial theme of their buildings. They never give you cutlery, I always have to grab some on my way out

Literally watched the dude give the men before me twice the portion size cause I'm a girl. If that's not discrimination I don't know what is. The steak is also very chewy. Fat in every other bite.

Good place for a burrito or some tacos. They are very quick with their service. Its a good spot to go for a quick bite.
