Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m super disappointed in my visit today with my daughter. I guess my expectations are high after spending years as a service manager (so I’ll change my review when I’m contacted). The restaurant was really dirty both in the dining area and behind the counter. The person that helped us didn’t wash his hands and seems new but the girl with him wasn’t very helpful. The taco lettuce was cut terribly and almost resembled the salad lettuce (I know the difference). I’m honestly scared to go in the bathroom so I’ll just wait.

A good Mexican healthy fast food. This particular Chipotle is inside the food court of Brea Mall. The service is good. The ambiance is that of a food court with comfortable seats.

I ordered a burrito bowl on Uber eats but when it was delivered the order was wrong. I had to go all the way back to the Brea Mall and find the Chipotle that was inside at the food court before I could even get my order fixed, there's a reason I ordered delivery yet still found myself getting extremely frustrated having to jump through hoops to get my order right

Terrible customer service. Rushed my order and gave me attitude. Don't know if its managements fault but if you guys are understaffed or overwhelmed, don't let it out on the customers.we don't know.we just want to eat plus it's a dang mall you should know that before applying.

Got the guacamole everyone raves about. Pretty darn plain. I like more jalapeno and garlic (so you can taste). I make better myself. Anyways thats all I tried with chips. Everything else was out of my price range.

I am vegetarian and Chipotle carries vegetarian bowl and vegetarian burrito. Both are freshly made and taste pretty good.
