Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They were out of lettuce, ice, Coke Zero syrup, and most of their meats with only one person working in the back and not even cooking anything.
They stopped selling beer which is fine but the kid said- we don’t do that anymore, it’s outdated.
The service was incredibly slow and the employees just sat around and chatted for the first 20 minutes we were in line. Do not recommend. Spend a little more money and go to Sauced next door.

Fast food at its best. When you are in for Mexican, come here. Big tortilla wraps with your choice of vegan, vega or meat filing. Made in front of you. Friendly staff. Opposite of the basket ball arena.

Went to this chipotle last night (1/15/24) around 6: 45 pm. The place was absolutely disgusting. The trash was overflowing and it was overall just very unsanitary. Every single table was dirty. They also claimed to be out of white rice, but this happens constantly. They aren’t actually out, they just don’t feel like making it. It is highly obvious because it happens so often at night. The employees let the place be like this, and they have the worst customer service as well. It has gotten so bad and someone really needs to be calling attention to this. They also close early often, even though they aren’t supposed too. Overall, not a good chipotle at all.

The service is very slow and only one person serving and the other workers just standing and talking

They ran out of several food items, the soda machine ran out of ice and the trash cans were overflowing. There were kids working and no one seemed to be in charge. They were totally unprepared for pregame and marathon crowds. The place was a mess.

Significant delay for service, even though there were only two people ahead of me in line. I was accosted by a panhandler at the cash register demanding I pay for their food.

Employees are disrespectful and the place was trashed. This is putting a damper on the Chipotle name. I am thinking of switching my loyalty to QDOBA after this.

Restaurant was trashed, garbage was overflowing, they were out of several stock items such as steak, chips, regular size cups, and lids. One staff member had a very poor attitude and was rolling his eyes as the line grew. He also made the food items very lazily with no care and was very rude.

My order was. Not what I asked for I thought I made it clear. Not happy with service. Attitude was questionable. The food was good, just to hot & spicy.

The employee that was working behind the counter was decent. There were two employees sitting right in front annoyed that people were coming in. They were eating themselves, so I assumed they were on a break, but they just looked really agitated.

I really can’t understand how this place has more than two stars. The food was burned and did not taste flavorful at all, I know it’s chipotle. But every other chipotle, I’ve been to, food was so much better. Even on a bad day.

This place is known to not have a good food, I went here, hoping that it would’ve gotten better with all of the events happening with the updated golden one center. But it was awful.

Very satisfied with the food quality and service they provided. I came during the lunch hour but it was not very busy. I was able to order and get my food within 10 minutes. Its a little difficult to find free parking, so your best and closest option is parking on the street.

BE AWARE. Even though the restaurant is open until 9pm, this location closes the patio by 6. Also they are aggressive picking chsirs inside as well, very early. They do not want business after 5. Dont bother.

I used to order for pickup allll the time, mainly because it's close to my work & I get short lunch breaks. However, three of the last four times I went, I stood there waiting for my order to show up, trying to give them some grace since it was crowded.when it turned out that my order (along with the small crowd of other people also standing around waiting) had been stolen. After the third time in a row, I gave up. Hate wasting more than half of my lunch break waiting for an order that has already been snatched + then to flag someone down to have it get remade. Went back last week & they now have someone who hands the bag to you, which is less convenient but at least there isn't a restaurant full of people standing around waiting for their stolen order.
Apart from that, I always feel like they're pretty generous with the servings, which I appreciate. My burrito bowls are always larger than at other locations, which at least takes the sting out of the aggravation of having an order stolen multiple days in a row.

The young lady that takes the initial order is always in a terrible mood and doesn’t listen whatsoever.

The tall goofy guy that finishes the line before purchase has consistently been unable to roll a standard sized burrito and half your food falls out and he just rolls it right into the tin foil.

The GM at this location is excellent but the front staff has terrible attitude and work ethic. Il be surprised if those workers ever get a better job with the attitude I see consistently from both of them

Employees are lazy and rude: not only was the restaurant trashed, but it was empty, they were out of white rice, barbacoa, carnitas, fajitas, and steak with over an hour left before closing. They started putting up the dining room furniture an hour before closing - while we were eating - and the ice machine was also empty. So what exactly are the employees trying to do, besides turning away business? They don’t have time to clean up the messes, refill their machines, or cook food for the line, but they have time to put up dining room furniture an hour before closing?

Worst Chipotle experience, almost comical. 2 hours before close, all the chairs were up and they didn’t have white rice or veggies. The staff was so rude for no reason especially when I asked for the bathroom code. No ice nor juice available. Didn’t get a receipt and had to ask for my tortilla on the side three times.

Decent healthy bowl as you'd expect in any chipotle chain. But this place is very poorly maintained and it feels like the tables are never cleaned.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Rude employees. Took forever even though it wasn’t busy since 2 employees were goofing off in the back while one helped everyone. Failed to give me the drink and chips with the kids meal. Employee wanted to close early and was obviously irritated by the presence of customers. Ran out of steak. Didn’t give me a receipt.
