I have been his patient for 6+ years. He aa a Doctor us superb. But that is of no use if you can't reach the office;! ;
This has always been a big issue, but it was worth it until now. If you call it tells you to email.just email yourself because they don't reply. Stay on hold for a live person? Just talk to yourself, you'll be on hold 5 minutes and 15 seconds.then you leave a message or 5 or 6 but they don't listen to them or read them. There's a Non Functioning Healow Site that I resort to for use of the only Functioning piece. Direct Dr message. But the office Manager can't let him read the truth!
It's just not worth it; too many options out there. I've been in that office countless times being the only patient.answer the Email as you direct us little sheep to do or how about. Just answer the phone!

I have been going about 18 month.very pleasant and professional front to back organized.this is the first office l gone to that. They had everything right and I did not have do nothing. Just be a patient in out thanks to all who work in office SMILE A KIND WORD MAKE A WONDERFUL DAY

Pain Medicine Specialty Group, 11160 Warner Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, very professional. I am a patient since October 2018. But in return, NPD Teresa Nguyen has examined me from November 2020 until now (4 months). I see, she does not know any medical examination, does not know the prescription, cannot send the prescription to the pharmacy. I don't know who licensed her anymore. It is unprofessional, I am not satisfied at all. I advise everyone not to make an appointment with this lady, very bad!

Stay away form here they don’t help you what so ever no retune calls emails still In pain and can’t walk very poor customer service and management stay away look for another dr

I have severe OA throughout my body and have had many procedures done here by Doctors Chan, Do and Yang in addition to Valerie Hillis. My experience has been positive.the girls behind the counter are very cordial, efficient and helpful.

Very friendly atmosphere and the staff are friendly and wonderful. Dr Chan takes his time with you. He listens to you and goes from there.
I’m very blessed to have found this office. I would highly recommend Dr Chan and staff.

Staffs donot understand the customer service, stuffs dose not answere the phone today after 20 miunts waiting for agents some one answer the phone and hang up no empty I like my Dr Ithink this is thier office culture

With over 30 years of chronic pain, and records that were ignored showing I have exhausted all options to relieve my pain except medications I’ve taken for over 2 decades, I was insulted and my quality of life issues ignored and I recommend you avoid this place at all costs!
