Chocolate Bash, Newport Beach CA

The place is great, they have excellent costumer service, alondra the worker was really nice and helpful

I really love this place. I been to their Irvin location and Newport location. Really good ones. Pancake with Nutella is my favorite. One important thing I noticed is the staffs are really nice and well trained. In both shops the staffs are super cool and polite.
One other thing is to the owners. I felt seriously bad in the Newport location. At night their is only one employee so waiting time is so high. Also the machine to make pancakes is only one. Can't u give an extra one.employees are doing their maximum.but when their are multiple orders they takes a long time.

It's a go to place for me.

New ownership definitely did the place justice. The store is super clean and vibrant. Service was fast and the bash roll was immaculate. Thank you!

Tried to order some treats through Grubhub and they didn’t sited an hour to tell me there was a problem and asked me if I still wanted it. I said yea and then another goes by and they tell me Grubhub is refusing to deliver it and I have to pick it up even though I paid Grubhub for delivery. Call Grubhub and they say Chocolate Bash is refusing to deliver it. Long story short 2 hours after I place an order I am out $70 and two companies pointing fingers at each other. Why do you fight amongst yourselves instead of taking care of your customers.

Slowest service ever and unprofessional staff. It’s really good but they need new competent employees.

If you are not a fan of chocolate/nutella do not come here! I did not familiarize myself with how much Nutella they pour into crepes and sadly my fiancé went alone to this place to pick some dessert up for us and boy was I disgusted, to tell you that it was drenched in chocolate isn't even enough, this was a chocolate disaster, it was ridiculous how much I had to wipe off the crepe, not only was it waste of money but a waste of my fiancés time, I am sad and upset at how horrible it tasted, there was even strawberry leafs in my crepe, I will never go there, ever! Super dissapointing!

This place is simply AMAZING! This is by far the best crepe I’ve ever had and can’t wait to have it again! I am not from California but went there for vacation a couple weeks ago and I can’t still stop thinking about this crepe! It was several of us with only two people making the orders and they really did their best to make sure we all got what we ordered in a timely manner. Not only that but every single item was DELICIOUS! Loved it and would definitely recommend!
