I was referred to Chris from a friend and could not be happier with his service. I was selling a rental unit in UTC so I could purchase another property in a different city so communication between Chris and my other real estate agent was very important to make the deal go through. My real estate agent for the property I was purchasing made it a point to tell me that it was such a pleasure working with Chris and wished all real estate agents were on top of everything like he was. We did have a few hiccups, but Chris’ experience helped smooth out all the bumps. It was the purchasing agents first deal, so Chris had to do the work of two agents to make the deal go thru to meet all the contingencies. Thanks again Chris! We love our new place.

My husband and I worked with Chris in late summer/ early fall of 2022 to make our first home purchase. We had pretty limited knowledge of San Diego/ neighborhoods and the market was a little volatile at the time. Chris was great at communicating promptly, getting lists of places to look at together and helping us find new properties we hadn't considered, and also extremely helpful in understanding our home inspection/ work that needed to happen. Given our limitations as non-local folks, we leaned on him to help with contractors (i.e. Finding the contractor and letting them access the house) both for negotiations post inspection and after closing before our relocation. I recommend Chris as a realtor.

Chris helped my small family find a new home in a great neighborhood. He was a pleasure to work with, available whenever we needed him, and took the lead at every stage of the transaction, keeping everything on track.
