My Rannai tankless water heater is working good however, it still flashes 10 and 12 codes. The Hot water lasts a few minutes and then goes cooler before it gets hot again. If I turn it off and turn water on again, the water will get hot again for my shower. I take longer showers than my partner. Would like it to stay hot longer. Lou was very nice and we like him. He does his best with our situation of a Rannai. Gina

Ramiro was the best! I've used other local plumbers in the past few years here and service was always kind of meh, but super pleased by my experience with Chris Wilson. When I called for service, operator was pleasant and informative, got plumber to me in a few hours even though it was already late in the day. Again, Ramiro was fantastic. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to inform me about what was causing the problem, both short-term and long-term fixes required. Pricing was totally reasonable as well. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

My experience with Chris Wilson Plumbing, situated in the picturesque city of Seaside, California, was nothing short of a horrifying nightmare that served as a potent reminder of the monstrous side of humanity. As a simple passerby requiring nothing more than a parking space that was legally mine to use, I was unceremoniously thrust into an unexpectedly dreadful spectacle.

One could imagine my surprise when, upon parking in front of their business, the owner and their employees erupted into a hostile, uncalled-for tirade. Their aggressive threats of violence were devoid of any sense of decency or respect - principles that should lie at the heart of any reputable business. This relentless aggression was exhibited simply because they perceived my responsible, legal parking as an affront to their establishment - a gross misinterpretation of their entitlement.

Among the daunting array of threats received, one chilling statement takes precedence. A staff member, a black man, brazenly threatened to shatter my car window. Note - I hadn't interacted with these individuals prior to this incident, making the whole ordeal even more disheartening.

People engaged in such a servile profession should personify qualities of respect, kindness and professionalism. In stark contrast, the team at Chris Wilson Plumbing radiated an aura of downright hostility. The brazen threats and undeniable incivility emblazoned my memory like the mark of Cain.

By their sad performance, they’ve proven that customer service, decency, and the bare minimum of respect for fellow humans, let alone clients, are concepts as alien to them as the far-flung reaches of the Milky Way. They have revealed themselves to disregard the essential ethical rules of business ownership, or basic human respect.

Make no mistake, their behavior is a blight on the great reputation of Seaside's supportive community and thriving businesses. One could only hope this review serves as a wake-up call - a cold blast of reality that your actions have severe consequences.

In all honesty, I yet to encounter a plumbing company with such a despicable behavior, a tarnished reputation, and an utter lack of decency. To the management of Chris Wilson Plumbing, you ought to seriously consider rectifying your approach towards people; you may run a business, but it is people and their kindness that make or break it!

Until profound improvements are seen in both your demeanour and how you treat common citizens, I wholeheartedly advise potential clients to seek out plumbing services elsewhere. At least, until Chris Wilson Plumbing salvages its services from the dark depths of hostility. For now, if they envisage shedding tears from this review, may those tears irrigate a fertile growth of change for the betterment of both their staff and community.
