So I need to be clear that this review is NOT FOR THE DOCTORS in this office. I saw Amirpour and he was great! There are several people in this office. HOWEVER, the office is very inefficient. I called and called to reschedule for weeks after two appointments. I had call numerous times for the second one as well. No one picks up the phone literally, ever. I went down there, paid for parking, and cancelled my appointments so i wouldn't get charged for the appointment I couldn't come to. The front desk for this office (a hispanic gal) told me, " Well, we're very busy. That's what most people do. You'll have to come in to make an appointment or any changes. " As she's talking to me, the phone is ringing and she is not picking it up and then after we were done she still didn't pick up even though there is no one else there. The prior appointment, I waited for about 25 minutes and she never picked up the phone which rang as she leisurely walked here and there with papers, nor was she dealing with anyone. How does she keep her job? It's an interesting question. I'm sure the doctors know. The prior appointment, there was an African American gal who picked up the phone and was really professional to me. Although the other lady in there told me she can be moody. Who knows why.maybe they leave the phone all to her. There are huge office issues going on at this location. PIH needs to do something about it. I can't go if I can't make an appointment.
