Ricky at the Betteravia location listened to my needs and helped me pick a great choice. Since my husband wasn’t with me, he informed me of my options just in case he didn’t like it. He was even able to get us added to today’s deliveries so that we can have it today! I’d say he went above and beyond to help a customer and I appreciate that!

Wednesday night, went there after work and Ricky had us lay on a buffet of beds. Showed us the difference between each brand, and even knew which ones we would like by how we were describing our sleep positions. A true professional!
