I come from a family of realtors and was unsure on who to hire to help me sale my home. Christopher Barhoum recently helped me sell my property in Long Beach, Ca. I was nervous about finding a buyer. It was a very unusual property to sell being both commercial and residential. It needed just the right buyer. Christopher was incredibly helpful and diligent in his approach to the sale. He went to the city and found out what the property could be used for by a new owner. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. We had several offers to purchase the property, however their intentions for use were not in agreement with what the city would allow. While I was getting frustrated, Christopher kept a cool head and continued to talk to prospective buyers. There were many obstacles due to the surrounding businesses that had been there in the past. There had been an old drycleaner and gas station close by the location. This meant that the property had to be surveyed and cleared of the possibility of contamination. I recently sold a condo in south Redondo Beach with Christopher's help. I live on the east coast and have not lived in the unit since 1992. Christopher helped us sell the unit by first coordinating with the home owners association and local contractors to refurbish it and complete the staging. The upgrades were done on schedule and under budget. The before and after results were amazing. Once it was ready for sale, he actively marketed it.
