2Dr. Davenport is actually my husband’s doctor. 5 stars doesn’t come close to his expertise and genuine care and concern. He takes time to explain things in a way you can understand. I always go with my husband to his appointments because he never knows what to ask and then doesn’t remember what the Dr says. Without a doubt I would highly recommend Dr. Davenport.
I love Dr. Davenport (Chris). I HATE the Providence system that has failed me repeatedly. Providence has a LONG way to go before it can be considered even remotely patient-centric. I won't use the system any longer. I have to call and get a paper prescription written, pick it up, and find my meds by driving from pharmacy to pharmacy.
I've been promised on several occasions that I would get a call back with help, and each time I hear nothing until I call back. The system is broken, and people like me are suffering as a result.
