Wow. All I can say is how uneducated Dr Lee’s staff is. I called to explain I have a severe ankle fracture that needs surgery per the emergency room. Jocelyn tells me they can’t get me in until 3 wks out and I should go to an urgent care? ! Urgent care? I was released from emergency with direction to go to ortho and schedule surgery stat. I asked to speak to someone else to explain the medical aspect (as I work in healthcare). I got put on hold for 4 min only for her to return and say they can’t get you in. There is a process. You can go to urgent care. Disappointing.
