6My wife was referred here and had a terrible experience. She showed up for her first evaluation and was not notified that a child wasn’t allowed to be a guest. Then, they also didn’t know that she was pregnant even though our referring dentist provided them with the information and my wife had already told them over the phone. They denied seeing her because they claimed they needed a signed note from her OBGYN. She went to her doctor, got the signed note, and then waited another month to be scheduled for an initial evaluation. Today was her evaluation and when she called ahead to make sure her appointment was still good, the person who answered the phone said her evaluation had been cancelled and there were no notes as to why. She then offered to reschedule her another month out. Meanwhile, my wife is now 7 months pregnant and is experiencing a massive amount of pain and has to wait at least another month just for an evaluation for a root canal. Terrible service! We complained to our referring dentist and will not be using Dr. Sabourin’s office.
It’s crazy showing up to my appointment 3 different times only to find out the dentist left while I was in the chair, got my other appointment cancelled because of their incompetent staffing issues and then not taking accountability. I’m not sure what determines me as disposable because the office was open when I show up for my appointment with patients waiting. I don’t even get 1 hour notice and I’m supposed to give 24 hour notice?
Good Morning, I'm so upset, my daughter had an appointment scheduled on Friday September 22nd, @415pm, I left work early drove 45 minutes arrived a little early and the office was closed in Clovis, I decided to drive to the Fresno office, since I was not able to get a hold of anyone by phone
and found out that office has been closed and they only have one office which is the Clovis office which was closed as well not sure what the heck happened, but I never received a call from the office letting me know the office was closed or to even reschedule her dentist appointment I wasted my time, gas, and lost two hours of pay so very unprofessional and lack of customer service what kind of business are you running
I am extremely afraid of dentist. The first time I went in they sensed my nerves and sent me away which I was okay with because my anxiety was to high. The second time I went in they had the doctor come in and explain everything that was going to happen and gave me time to ask questions. He’s a very calm person with a gentle voice which made me feel comfortable. Everyone was super kind and made me feel comfortable. I spoke to Eric over the phone multiple times and he is extremely kind which helped me feel better about coming here. The only negative thing I have to say is the girl who was training kept stabbing my face with a pointy tool and when I flinched the women watching over her said I’m going to feel pressure. I get that and I understand she was training but maybe try to be more careful when dealing with sharp objects around the patients face. I recommend this place.
If you suffer from dental anxiety, don't go here! I left crying because of the lack of understanding and willing to talk to me. The doctor never even came out and talked to me, the office person is the one who talked to me. I wanted to at least go over the procedure to hopefully put me more at ease but the doctor didn't even do that. They only use a certain sedation medication, that I have had bad reaction to, so they wouldn't talk about other options. Not impressed
Horrible phone service - they never answer! I call them to confirm my appointment (instead of it being the other way around) or to request an appointment change, but they never answer the phone. They always end up calling you the day before your appointment and tell you there's a $25 fee if you cancel within 24 hours.
To top it off, when I finally went to my first appointment, they rescheduled me because their equipment had just broke down.
Second time around I call them about my rescheduled appointment and the phone service is exactly the same. This time someone finally answered the phone once just to hang up on me immediately.
