I never write reviews but I have to here. They quoted me multiple times less than in other body shops because they were trying to fix my problem without having me pay a lot of money and do unnecessary repairs.

They cared about helping me and managed to fix my problem and save me a ton of money, thank you so much!

They did a very good job installing the rear lip on my car, workers are friendly & honest.

An actual gem. I mistakenly went to this shop a few weeks ago for a check engine light and they were super kind and still checked out my car, cleaned my spark plugs, and essentially gave me a whole diagnostic for free. I don’t do a ton of reviews, but I took my car to 3-4 places that either told me it was fine or wanted to charge a good amount just to see it, and they were the only ones who actually put in the time to really look at my car and figure out/show me what was wrong with it. I am super grateful and cannot recommend enough. A+

I came to this place on a budget, the owner of the place gives very high prices, she doesn't like to fight, she wants easy money, she doesn't want to work. Even if the damage is minimal, you only fix it by replacing the entire part, so you work little and earn a lot by selling the part at a high price and only doing the job easy and clean. I have been to other places and if they repair a defect without having to replace the part and it looks great because they are professionals, they give a one-year warranty. I do not recommend this place for body shop.

When I backed up into a pole last night, my back car window was shattered and I had to find an affordable replacement right away! Luckily, I searched for a place that was open and this one came up. When all the other shops were closed at 5pm, Christy’s Auto Body Shop was open til 7pm! I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were super quick and were able to order the window, pick it up, and install it the this morning. And, it was the best price in town. I love that this is a family-owned and woman-owned business. I am happy to have met these kind, honest folks. And, if I ever need auto body service done again (hopefully not), I will be going back! Highly recommended! ️️️️️

They take too long to work on your car. They did not even do a good job, I still see some scratches and mini dents that i specifically said to fix

I was born in LA and this is probably the first time I ever experienced meeting a shop that actually cared about what was going on with my car. I came in, only to get my hood cable replaced, and they ended up welding and fixing my latch as well and fixing a part of my bumper that was dislodged, and still got charged the same quote they originally gave me just for the cable.i had some other issues with my car that i plan on taking my car back for and it’s a relief to know i don’t have to worry about my car, for once.

I don’t plan on taking my car anywhere else because it was the first time in a long time i was reminded as to why I love LA so much. Christy Auto shop really care and i appreciated it so much!

Cristina was wonderful and and did a great job fixing my car. They were able to get everything done better then I hoped.

Worthless, Ripoffs.you asked them to fix one thing they end up wanting to do your whole car. So I got paint spots on my car. I asked can you buff it out they said we have to do this and do that, and that's going to cost LOL 500.00! So I remembered a place called OEM that is located on Olympic Blvd. They took a look at the spots, they got some solution with a rag and it came right off. All for 10.00 I saved $490.00.

Christy got the job done for a third of the price I was quoted at other places. Thanks again!

I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Christy was absolutely great, super communicative and happy to help with everything. She also handled all insurance related stuff and made this stressful experience much more pleasant. Her staff were also just kind and reassuring.

I'm just so happy with the entire experience at this business. From being offered a ride home with initial drop off, to meeting the really sweet owner Christy herself, and the gift of a washed and vacuumed interior when I picked up my vehicle. My car looks brand new and the work put into the repairs is simply Exceptional! I had a bumper that was practically held up by glue, tape and zip-ties restored to factory grade. A large dent in my rear door has disappeared and looks like the car I bought brand new years ago. As soon as I met Juan who immediately asked if he could help when I walked into the business- I knew from the vibe and the honest professional opinion from him, I was going to choose this place to repair my beaten but great car. By the way, these are the best prices you'll find and with the high level of work you'll receive - you will not regret supporting a woman owned, family run, minority owned business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
