My experience with Dr. Perry and his staff was horrible. I had a rhinoplasty with him three years ago and he created a bunch of issues with my nose including messing up my nostrils and obstructing my breathing after surgery. When I voiced my complaints, he told me that he would perform the surgery again and I would have better results. The day of my surgery, I was taken into a room to connect my IV for surgery and the nurse started trying to get the needle in. She was unable to find the vein and she kept putting the needle in and moving it around which caused me a great deal of pain. I kept crying and telling her that it hurt but she just laughed at me and told me she would get the doctor. She left me in the room for 2 hours freezing and crying in a hospital gown. When the doctor finally came in, he was able to get the IV in a matter of seconds. After my operation, I was taken into the recovery room and I had just begun to wake up. The practice manager, Jennifer, began to shake me awake and started yelling at me to wake up because they needed the recovery room for another patient even though I wasn't fully awake and in a lot of pain post op. She dragged me out of the bed and put my clothes and and rushed me out without showing any concern or care. After my surgery, my nose has a bunch of other issues. My nostrils are filled with scar tissue and my nose is still crooked. I will now have to pay another surgeon for revision surgery since Dr. Perry was absolutely terrible. I do not recommend coming to this office because his staff is absolutely horrible and heartless, especially the nurse that administers the IV and the manager, Jennifer.
