Chuck E. Cheese, San Bernardino CA

My 2 yo son was sick about an hour after eating here a few hours after i was. It was the wings or ranch. Vomit and diarrhea for 3 days now. Never ever again am i coming here i have food poisoning

Little kids running the place. Don't know what they're doing. Went in all the tables were dirty, No where to sit. I asked the front. The girl told me to go tell the guy that's fixing the games for the kids to clean one for us. Then he tells me to give him couple of minutes for him to clean.

Their salad gave me food poisoning. The games suck. It's just not like how it used to be. I recommend getting your money's worth and going to John's Incredible Pizza instead.

Changed my rating from 1 star to 3. This time around there seemed to be a little more staff than usual, however, still much of the same hiding in the back, joking around and gossiping. This seems to be the only way any Chuck E Cheese operates anymore since they're all ran by teenagers or young adults who act like teens. Kind of annoying, but tonight they addressed every question and request. So surprised to have actually seen Chuck E come out a couple times (albeit very unenthusiastically) as well as someone servicing games/machines (something I've rarely seen after 4 years of coming to this same location regularly). I also have come to the conclusion that, although Chuck E Cheese's no longer has ball pits or play areas like they did in my childhood, the smell of stinky parmesan feet will never ever go away.

It was NOT SANITARY. My daughter was walking over stuff it seemed as if a tornado went past all over chuck e cheese's. For my first time it was the most disgusting experience.

I have always been a fan of Chuck E. Cheese. But my question is, is why is there bugs everywhere. I am finding them is the playground, under seats and in the bathroom. Yuck! I can also say that I got sick from the pizza and why is the pizza all messed up. Like they don’t even look the same. But the games were fine

The wait time for the food took a bit long for me because we had arrived like at 9 and the food didn't arrive until like 9: 45 it didn't really give us enough time to finish eating because they basically close exactly at 10

Came here for my little cousin's birthday party and we had so much fun! The arcade is great for kids AND adults. Everyone went home with smiles on their faces and prizes in their hands. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

It's chucky cheese, you can't expect much but as long as your kids have fun that's all that matters. It's always clean at this location. The staff is a bunch of teens so expect grumpy teen service.

I brought my children to this location to meet with friends, I will never go back! This place smelled so bad, there were chunks of food in the game that had water. The food was terrible. The location on E street is ALOT better

Honestly not too bad. The workers have all been enjoyable the times that I have gone. Of course it gets chaotic, it's an arcade for small children, but the kids seem to love it so that's all that matters. The birthday packages are great, they have a couple that include everything from food to game cards. Makes for easy party planning.

Good food games were fun kids loved it but it seemed very under staffed I felt bad for the two young ladies running the whole place they did all they could to help everyone

Worst chuck E. Cheese I've ever taken my kids. I waited 40 mins got breadsticks and fries. They dont even have a chucky to come out for the kids. Just sad.

Had to make a debut at Chuck e Cheeses my baby girl =~Princess~ 3 years old had been request/demanding to go to Chuck e Cheeses for the last 4 months already. I used to LOVE Chuckee Cheese Either I am getting old or something aint right! Pizza wasnt good as it used to be, alot of games Broken act of congress to get your credits back, 2 to 3 credits to play 1 game, bathroom was gross who ever was on restroom duty called in and the topper Chuckee had an attitude if you dont like kids get a new job! Rated 2 stars my Princess loved it

Alot of gaming machines were out of order (about 10). Ticket taking/counting machines were also out of order with only half working.

Good place for kids.few machines are not working and has limited options as compared to other branches.

Yes, I still love to come to this place, im a big kid but I only go when I have kids to use as my excuse lol. But I must say they have really let themselves go, not the same

It was very busy, I was attending a birthday party, Even tho it was busy are waitress was on top of our table & was even helpful to. Save us money & give us coupons deals!

I havent been to Chuck E Cheese since my daughters were little about 27 years ago and I love the change and my grandson was scared at first but then he got into the groove of things it was his 2nd birthday and Yes we will return probably in a couple of weeks. I loved that pizza and the salad bar tooI had fun myself. So we'll see you guys soon

Just spend over $200 dollars, and I'm so disappointed the playing cards are loaded with time to play unlimited. My card had over 45 min and I lost the time cause it was closing time. They made a sale knowing it was closing and the time expires. I suggest to go with tokens loaded and don't buy time cards.
