Chuck E. Cheese, San Diego CA

Everything was decent, last year I got covid after I left there. But this year I felt a little iffy when leaving again. Customer service was good. But I recommend doing sanitation every hour. And cleaning more throughly after guests leave their tables.

I'm been there every weekend with my kids. The service is ok. The games machines are broken and they don't even fix them. The number of broken machines is more and more and there's no one to get help. I just feel that they don't want to keep the business anymore.

You need to add more games to this place it's not like Dave and Buster's where they have a lot of games new ones

Great staff, we went to then AGAIN for my daughter's birthday party and it went great!

Came just to order a pizza. The pizza is decent, but my friends mentioned that it was too salty.

A lot of the games were halfway broken or completely out of service all together. There are a lot of games for 4-9 year olds and even some meant for adults in my opinion (shooting games). The food is decent. All in all, if they figure out how to maintain their games better this place would get more stars.

Don’t buy the pizza! A small personal pizza is $12! The manager is amazing and understanding!

Fun great for kids can play buy hour as well as tickets food is just a little over priced over about 50 for 3 small drinks a lg pizza and cheese bread so about 100 total food and games we spent 1 child 2 adults and gmaes

I being coming to this Chuck E. Cheese location for many years and I had always had and amazing experience. However my last visit (09/17/2022) was very disappointing. My son loves Chucke cheese performance. However today we experience such a heart breaking situation when my son try to get Chuck E. Cheese attention during a performance and Chuck e completely ignore him. He was very upset that he decided to walk away from Chuck e. I understand that sometimes the performance can be overwhelming but it would’ve appreciated if Chuck e could have just acknowledged my son with a simple thumps up or a wave of hand. My son felt ignore during this performance. On top of that we waited for another performance to make up for the first Chucke e cheese performance but Chucke never showed up again after several hours. In additions to that a lot of games were not working or out of service. Very disappointing experience we might not be visiting this location any time soon again.

They take forever to give you your food and chuck e. Doesn’t even come out like before. We were so disappointed

Service was awesome, our server Emillel was exceptional. The entertainment was great bargain for the bucks.

Pizza is not the best but even worst are the games. Half do not wotk the others rob you of tickets. Waste of time and money.

Kids loved it, I loved it! They have great employees that helps make the whole experience great.

This place was clean, friendly, and up to par for what my babies needed for their day. They loved their day and my party host was very attentive.

Well what can I tell you? I didn't like it. Costumer service is bad. Went to celebrate my daughter's birthday had a bad experience with the games (didn't work well) not coming back!

If you want have fun with your family/children go here. You unfortunately get no tickets when you win a game but I got use to it.

Had kids party there. Host was very helpful. General manager interacted with us. Professional and friendly staff. Clean, good pizza. Game selection was good and they were all working. Best Chuck E. Cheese in the area!

I mean it's Chuckie E. Cheese. As long as the food is hot and bathroom is clean the kids have fun.

Had lot's of fun with granddaughter and daughter. I went to ask guy at counter about someone to fix a game and he ignored me as if I didn't exist. Finally found someone to help.
