Birthday party for my grandson. Always a great place to take the kids, where they can play freely

Highly disorganized. App specials cannot be eaten within chuck e cheese you have to take it to go.

Took my granddaughter like I used to take my daughter when she was little.they had NO FOOD and wouldn't let us bring our own in. Staff was unfriendly. We left and went to John's Incredible.

The most unprofessional workers I’ve ever been around. They seemed disgruntled to almost every customer they interacted with. Do not recommend to anyone

My grandkids had a lot of fun we went in weekday they play a lot not much people before 2 pm

Underrated place to come hang out with your kids. Not packed which is a good thing if you want to bring your little ones and not have ti worry about a ton of older kids taking up the games. Good option for something chill. They do unlimited games for a set time. So even better for when there isn't many people.

The pizza and salad bar were good. The locations had tons of games and activities. Overall my family and I had a blast

They need a couple more people to help those beautiful ladies With their impeccable service For God's sakes there was only 3 people taking care of the whole PleaseI think they did wonderful

The place was clean and had nice staff the only thing was that it has less arcades to play I have been in different locations and comparing them others are bigger and had more games to play. But is fine the part the most we all enjoy was the photo machine we took one with all the family members!

I want to start out by saying that I typically don't write reviews and I try to be an understanding person. I made a birthday reservation and got the Mega package to make my son's special day worthwhile. The attendee/server approached me almost 20 minutes after my reservation time. She was late and not very enthusiastic for being a child's birthday party. Although she was late I was not upset (life happens). We continued to enjoy the party cuz at least we were having fun with the games. We didn't get any birthday hats or the collectable cups. The kids got really excited about the Chuck E Cheese live event (where they sing and dance with him) but HE DIDN'T SHOW UP! My kids were looking around but Chuck was MIA! Now I was upset I am not demanding a discount because I think they are under staff and seem apologetic. The manager was really nice as well and The food was really good too! The kids got to see Chuck before we left so I guess that's alright. One thing for sure. It will be a birthday to remember LOL!

Alot of these machines don't work pricey for what they charge and half machines don't work

The people working there are kind, good customer service all around. Just don't freeze your salad toppings. Also, I missed the flower seeds.

Honestly I thought it was closed it's been more than 10 years and it was Dusty and the carpets needed cleaning so I've haven't been back

We had a blast! Came in on a Wed. @ 1230ish and place was dead yet it was great for us.felt like we owned it. Pizza was great as always. Place was clean and there was maybe 2 or 3 machines that were busted in the entire place. Bring the kiddos n have some fun!
