Chuck E. Cheese reviews
16We booked a birthday party for our son who turned 6. Pizza was good and the 2 hours unlimited play is certainly worth it. Great experience!
We come here mostly for the games but my kiddo also loves the pizza. I'm lactose intolerant though so I usually just eat beforehand.
Son tripped on raised carpet and busted open his knee on a stationary table bench. Employees didn't seem to care or weren't helpful in any way.he is 8 and needed 5 stitches. I had to come back to file a incident report since they didn't and to get my money back for $98 dollars in food and games we never used or got to see.but she wouldn't refund it at the time I literally had just been handed the receipt when it happened. Not happy with the employee whatsoever.
This place is insanity. If you need birth control, come here for a couple hours. You will encounter the full spectrum of childrens emotions. I'm glad they no longer have the diseased ball pits and jungle gym. The animatronic band is creepy.
My kids love Chuck E Cheese! They enjoy the video games and I'm a big kid at heart and love the ticket games! We get a couple of hour passes and with the one pause per hour we end up being there for almost 2 hours. We use that break to eat some amazingly delicious pizza that they serve there. It's the crust with that butter sauce that truly makes it delicious. My oldest usually hates pizza crust, but he has no problem inhaling the entire slice crust and all. We spit an extra large pepperoni pizza between 2 adults and 2 kids and it satisfies everyone. Their reward program is awesome and can usually get a free pizza after a few visits. They are always understaffed so that about the only thing I'd knock them on, but I understand finding staff is still hard for everyone. If you have kids 10 and younger, Chuck E Cheese is still the place to go and have a great time for a reasonable price.
Best place for younger kids to have fun
Attended many birthday parties kids have enjoyed a lot
This chuck E.cheese is always a good spot to bring the kids. It's very clean the games are always working, at least when we visit. The one thing about chuckee is that it's expensive! For one personal pizza with pepperoni, it was $15! And it was so tiny! I will say their pizza taste pretty good but not enough to be almost $20 for a tiny pizza. They have a salad bar all you can eat & Dippin dots. The staff & management have always been great very attentive and quick to help. I've had birthday parties & they were very accommodating!
Google shows 10 AM opening on Sunday but when we got there there were we were told Google is wrong and they open at 11. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.
I typically just go here for my daughter just 30-45 mins, the staff most of the time is rude and even rude to each other. I know work isn’t always enjoyable but don’t take it out on customers who are being kind. Countless of times the staff does not greet or say a word as we enter. Also very dirty and most of the games don’t work.
I love Chuck E. Cheese I can relax while my children have fun consuming it is expected that the food will be a bit expensive but they went too far with these chicken wings haha let the chicken live even if it is a week more than barbaric
It was for my great nieces third birthday. I'd never been there before and it wasn't bad at all. The kids loved it!
Nice day at Chuck E's place. They have free wifi and electric outlets, and the food isn't too bad even if you're an adult hanging out alone. #Food4Thought. Chuck E lost a lil weight these days
If you want pizza the veggie pizza is the best one. My niece had a birthday party and they were extremely unorganized. Our pizzas came in late. Kids were missing cups. I suggest bringing your own cake because the cake that was included with the party reservation did not taste good. It was a failed birthday party for my niece.
There are so many places which are cheaper and better than this. Half of the machines doesn’t work. Waste of money, food, and worst experience ever.
We always have fun here and we only live short distance away so we ever buy food except this last time and let me tell you it will be first and last just salad bar was 12.99 no thank you but if you load your cards with time instwad of coins then i think atleast you get way more play for your money.
