Chuck E. Cheese reviews
16I haven't been to this place in a long time but I went recently and I liked it, it is spacious, cozy, the food is good, and the people who served me were very fast and very friendly. My children had fun without danger of getting hurt, if you don't plan what you are going to spend it is a little expensive.
Someone Put Trash On My Pizza And Salad Plate Which Pissed Me Off. The Staff Told Them To Move But I Was Alre
My family and I were VERY impressed with how clean this place was. We recently went there and never saw an employee without cleaning solution and towels in hand. The staff were constantly cleaning the games, the walls, and the soda fountain area (which was fully stocked with lids and straws). Staff was friendly, pepperoni pizza was good and ready within 15 minutes. Only thing we didn't like was that they wouldn't let us bring in donuts for a child's birthday- they only allow cakes and cupcakes which was really odd. We had to make a special trip back home to take the donuts back so they wouldn't melt (they were special donuts with whipped cream and fruit). Also a medium pepperoni pizza was about $22, kind of pricey but not bad quality.
I mean, it's Chuck E. Cheese. It's a bit dorky and odd. The food is not amazing and it was crazy expensive, but it was a 4 year old's birthday and the kids all seemed to have fun. They liked the arcade, but did not care for Chuck E. Cheese himself or the animatronics on stage. The staff and the person in the suit didn't seem like they wanted to be there all that much. But it was clean and had lots of room for the kids to run around and play on the arcade machines. Lots of simple machines that were easy enough for 4-8 year olds to manage on their own with the unlimited play wristbands.
Decent place but verrry expensive if u play the games without a wristband. My grandson had fun. We all did but really not worth the cost.
The cashier and the cleaning guy are making out in front of my kids and the manager is acting like a predator watching them and laughing it's a weird place to bring my kids when chucky never showed up and we had to witness this.
Nice staff and laid back environment never overly crowded and always seems clean and kid friendly
New management at cc are both ruthless and heartless. I wanted to redeem my points and the whole thing turned into getting a refund for $200 and then snatching the drinks from the kids. Karma, I hope get then back. They could pur play cards that had over 20k points and said they canceled it. Been going there for 13 years and I never argued back but just told.them to give me the points I deserve. Instead ww left and went to urban air next door. Great service even though busy. That's still the #1 rule for your "job" Too bad this chucke cheese lost loyal customers for life!
Heard that this location is getting rid of the animatronic band, really sad to hear about that!
I didn’t like the Animatronics. They were creeping out my family and friends. I did like the pizza and other foods though. Most of the games were not working and me and my family were a little bored. I used to go when I was little and it was a BLAST! Nowadays, it’s just not as fun as it used to be.
Building was very clean, not very crowded. Pizza was incredibly expensive for what you are getting. Quality of pizza is less than Costco, yet the price is almost three times as much for considerably less. Games and staff were fun and helpful, didn't have any technical problems.
All my kids always have a great time when we go and somebody always crying when it's time to go
I went here with some family for my 17th birthday because my special interest is animatronics, and it was enjoyable for the most part. They had all five animatronics, and they were in pretty good condition. The food was surprisingly yummy, I didn’t have high expectations because most of the other places I’ve been to have had mediocre food. They had two different sections of games for kids to play, one for smaller kids and another for bigger kids. It was crowded which had its cons, but it was kind of nice to see because a lot of other locations are nearly empty nowadays. Had a nice time:)
Nice family place, but the same games, nothing new, the only thing new is that the machines give you few points and things cost too many points.
I've heard a few rumors that this Chuck-E-Cheese has had shootings I also heard a rumor that a kid walked up to the robots that sing the song for the birthday kids in the kid is dead because bit him oh and service sucks the food is average the atmosphere do I really have to repeat myself shootings
Had a great time with my grandson but it was SO hot in there and the workers really didn't look happy
