Chucke made my child cry because he wasn’t out there entertaining the kids, he should be there all the time and not just in birthdays, either have him out there or ima get you guys fired. It’s his freaking job to entertain the kids.

Rafael is such a good worker love him! He’s been with the company for 35 years thank Rafael for making Chuck E. Cheese a better place.

Need more family combos salad bars to expensive the menu needs a revamp pizza was thrown together poorly get pride back into that kitchen manager look over the food going out and rate it yourself thanks for still being one of the safest places the stamp at the door is priceless but don't be under staffed because when I walked out with my grandson nobody checked us.

Manager claims he could not give me the "bravo" military deal because just happens today in the morning he received an email that is canceling the military deal and making it military thursdays. There's nothing of this mentioned on chuck e cheese website, this guy thinks his customers IQ's are low or some

I wanted to share today's bad experience at the fontanas and I felt discriminated because I took my daughter to play and I paid for the silver summer pass.when I got to the Fontana first of all they told me that they couldn't find me in the system, Then they asked me for the receipt and I showed it to them and they told me that the receipt was fake. I honestly began to feel disappointed and then I told them what it is supposed to be because I purchased at the one en San Bernardino. He was try to make me pay for my daughter's to be able to play when I already purchase for the silver pass. In the end I went to San Bernardino and they were very kind, very excellent to me and helped me with the app on my phone to receive the pizza discount.

Been coming here since i was a kid and im 27 now with 2 small boys and this is the only one i take them too. They just remodeled as well so more games and even cleaner inside. Staff is always nice and my kids enjoy this one. Ive taken them to others only to have bad atmospheres, bad service or many times many games that dont even work. Only bad thing i could say about this place is every once in a while they seem understaffed as in waiting to get stamped, or for gettinf prizes at the end

Won’t come back to this location, service was very unprofessional, had to wait a very long time while some of the employees were too busy talking. The manager preferred not to help and would take longer time to find a cashier. There was a new hire and she was great but for her to get assistance they room their sweet time. The only employee that had great customer service was Manny I believe his name was! Food was great on the other hand

Good experience nice and clean I miss the playground though games are less fun and hard to play for little kids

Missed booked my kids birthday.yea father of the year right and the staff was able to accommodate!

Pizza was great, Chuck E handled those wild kids with calm confidence. We enjoyed our time.

I love coming to this place this guy Ralf is the most cool and most important very professional. He's always gone out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. Only only with my experience but i have seen him treat everyone with respect. Thanks Ralf you Rock this place.

Horrible! 80% of the games were broken. The rides were being trashed by the kids who’s parents weren’t watching them. Staff did nothing about it! Wouldn’t recommend!

Very bad customer service waited over an hour for my food l, ticker was lost and management wouldn't give any type of discount or anything to make up for the inconvenience

Chuck e cheese never fails me! I just had my daughter's 7th birthday here, 2nd time I've had a party at this location, and it's always a good time! I don't have to lift a finger! Your party host does it all! Our party host was Joseph, I would recommend requesting him, he did a fabulous job! Staff was very friendly, helpful, attentive and accommodating! Food was fresh and good. Ty!

Hands down this has been the BEST CHUCKEE CHEESE in the INLAND EMPIRE! Thank you to the store manager and staff you guys are awesome!
