Chuck E. Cheese, Chino CA

Disappointed that they took the animatronics out and rearranged the seating. Sad that they took out a lot of the games and rides as well. Those were the two main reasons this specific location WAS my favorite. It was really spacious and tons of fun, now it's seems small and has too many seat options, mainly on one side versus throughout the entire game areas. It's definitely not my favorite anymore. Food and service are still great, but that is only part of the experience.

I have visited twice, and both times, the employees were so polite, welcoming, and helpful. The whole place is renovated. If you wish to have a birthday here, I would now recommend it. I love the game set up, the fresh air and the new carpet! No more smelly run down chuck. The mouse in this location actually come out and interacts with the kids. I have my kiddo asking to go back anytime we leave the house! You left a big impression on my toddler who is hard to impress. Thank you.

I did not like this place, Chuck Cheese does not go out to dance with the children like in others that I have been to
very few games

When arriving the person at the entrance looked miserable, and didn't greet us. Usually we get a sticker for the stroller, but the employee said we didn't need it when I asked about it. I was under the impression the sticker is to insure a stranger doesn't try to leave with my child. We waited about 5 minutes at the counter while an employee walked past us twice. At least a quarter of the games either malfunctioned or just didn't work. When we were leaving, the employees were chatting while no one tended the entrance/exit. Isn't the point of them having an employee at the entrance/exit to prevent child abduction?

0 stars. Horrible Chuck E Cheese. Every employee is miserable, and they need to move on with their life if they hate working there. What's the point of staying somewhere when you obviously hate it and don't respect the people keeping you employed? From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was all wrong. Girl at the front had a stank face and didn't say one word. Most of the games are broken, it's pointless spending money here. On the way out they don't check who is leaving with who either so there is no point in a stamp.

Took my grandson out on a play date, and we had a great time
I will say he was a bit upset they removed the animatronics (sp) due to maintenance and the fear children had for them, but the remodeling was much needed and it is a really nice safe place to take your little ones

Our family favorite place, but after todays experience we won't come ever again.
Worst service we ever had,
Had to wait 1 1/2hr to get our food.
The salad bar was poor.
The games take your points and you can't play them.

Really good service, pizza was ordinary in my opinion, good place to bring the kids, not too expensive.

Pizza is surprisingly good. I bring my daughter here every so often and she always has a blast.

I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese since my kids were small, but my granddaughter wanted to go so I took her. There is no climbing apparatus anymore. There were games and kiddie rides. The employees were extremely nice, helpful, and understanding. I was just disappointed there was nothing she could wear herself out on. We didn't eat so I don't have a rating for the food.

I can’t believe they don’t have a playpen anymore and I couldn’t there wasn’t animatronics, they barely have games there.

My children had fun but we had to wait more than two hours for the food and they delivered it separately and I bought high ones and they gave us fried chicken pieces with barbicure sauce.

We went twice this week and noticed they remodeled- it looks great! The facility was super clean and they have great play deals. The staff were all super friendly and kind and really made a difference in our visit. They were extra attentive to our kids and we felt like every staff person was genuinely trying to give our sons the best experience.
