SPRING VALLEY REVIEW Visited 3 times. First time it was a 7.8 rating i ate adobada and carne tacos. Second time t a 7.5 rating
i ate carne tacos and the birria it was a 4.6 rating. TODAY 11-3-23 it was a 3.1 rating at best. New Staff, Enttance door from parking lot locked, No greeting and the food was disgusting today. The Bottled Coke a 1.5 was like half the 3.1 rating literally the only thing good. The Tortillas Crudo " raw", Carne asada with PURO cuerito " fat and cartlidge thats inedible", adobada not fresh, everything just old tasting and meat was dried out. Will not be returning.
So sad i thought finally a taqueria in spring valley.

Not like other taco shops in the area. Mulitas, large quesadilla, kekas. The flavors are outstanding. Definitely different from another highly rated taco shop on this road. Delicious.

Did not eat here, but, they dont serve vegetarian dishes. Also, the server was not speaking english!

I have not tried this food but let me tell you a little bit about how the staff and owner are. I was park on the street In front of their business minding my business reorganizing my car when Their staff told me to move. I told them I’m on public property I do not have to because I’m not a nuisance nor I’m I disrupting Thier business. We went back and forth that they weren’t even payin attention to thier customers. So all this was in Spanish right.then the owner comes out (Mexican -American) and started Insulting by say I bet you don’t even have papers you don’t even have papers.which was irrelevant to our discussion.just a heads up! This y’all is not fabricated. These people market to Hispanics and all that but I just want you to know the type of mentality these people have. These people low key discriminate or like to belittle migrants.btw I was born at cedars Sinai so idk why he thought I was without papers lol. RACIST

Fantastic tacos! The al pastor and grilled shrimp tacos are amazing. Tacos are made to order and super fresh. Some of the best tacos I’ve had in San Diego

We ordered an adobada cake, a small asada quesadilla, a large adobada quesadilla and 2 sprites. Food 1-2, the flavor of the adobada is insipid, the sauce is horrible, tasteless, they don't handle guacamole, it's aguamole, attention from the inattentive staff, they don't greet them, they don't care who arrives or leaves. I hope they can improve those aspects, I won't return nor do I recommend them

Expensive and bad they were almost $50 dlls.

Super bad tacos, very tasteless to not return before we had already eaten there and it was good, I don't know what happened to them

The carne asada is cooked over mesquite charcoal open flame. The flavor of the meat is delicious. I had a carne asada taco and 2 cabeza tacos. The cabeza taco meat was soo soft and delicious. I would recommend this spot to anyone!

The tacos are literally bomb and the tortillas are handmade. The kekas are a must try. BUT THEY ARE NEVER THERE WHEN I DRIVE THERE ALL THE WAY FROM IMPERIAL BEACH! This has happened repeatedly. I went a couple weeks back on a tuesday around 6pm not there either. I went yesterday at 8pm and they were not there.once AGAIN! Can they at least update there schedule? Insane.

Excelent services meat is so good tender and juice the taquero otiel was si Kind and doña Eva really good service she is the one

Please do yourself a favor and visit this delicious gem! Staff was very welcoming and attentive. They offered us a cup of consomé on the house. Tried the Al pastor Kekas and it exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be back for more.

They're in the door dash app and when you get there you get told by them they don't sell from there, good luck figuring this out

This place is AMAZING! Best authentic taste. It is a family run business with one of the best birria tacos of San Diego. All there food is great. You can't go wrong. The portions and quality of ingredients are excellent for the price. I always take out of state friends to eat here!

OMG the best tacos ever! Only problem, was I over ate! I finished em off light lightning. Super good and staff is very friendly. I will be back!
