The sales person Daniela was very helpful. Once we started doing the paperwork for the purchase the finance guy tried to give me a higher internet rate for a $500 discount. I’m taking about 1.5% higher on a 72 month loan. I already had a pre approved check from Navy federal and the car when from $29k to $43k. Just on fee’s. I told Daniela I will not be playing this game of you go high I go low. So I ask for my check back and the sales manager said he was checking to make sure the car was still for sale. Terrible experience I will never go there again. I will not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Purchased a nice van for our fleet from this location. However the way everything was handled during the sale as well as trying to get my registration were horrendous.

Worse than many small used car dealerships. Would expect better from a Honda location.

This dealer is only willing to work with you when your going to purchase a car after that their rude and have no sales ethic, they won't honor anything they promised during time of purchase don't recommend coming here to purchase any vehicle. Waste of time.

I called to ask if a vehicle was still available, which he confirmed. We arranged a deal over the phone, so no pressure and agreed to meet at a specific time. I lived an hour and a half away though so I was nervous thinking i might br baited and switched. Not so! He pulled the car out right as I arrived, true to his word.

My wife and I wanted a new vehicle but with the way the market was, buying new or used just didn't seem realistic. That changed with Roni and his manager JJ. The finance manager Diamond also was a no pressure employee as well. Everything went exactly as we agreed over the phone and when we need our next vehicle, Roni will be our first choice.

Honda Honda Honda! This dealer has an amazing team. Rigo (salesperson) has helped out tremendously in both car purchases at this dealer. The recent purchase at this dealer was different. This Honda team worked together to give me the best possible deal. Rigo also helped me get the best tarde in offer for my previous crv. The new CRV is pretty cool because it sounds like a spaceship when you turn it on.

After getting out of an expensive auto loan, I came here with the intention of buying a $10-$15k car, with more affordable payments. Completely disregarding my budget - Gabriel insisted and pressured me into into a vehicle that’d leave me with payments more akin to the mess I had just escaped. Gabriel did this by giving me false information regarding payments. The next day after putting a whopping 15 miles on the car, I begged for them to take it back. Michelle sarcastically told me they would if they had a ‘magic wand’ - and furthermore, that pushing the issue would - no joke: “compromise my relationship with Honda”. I am now in the negative scraping to get rid of this mess. Thanks Honda Chula Vista for screwing me over, and showing me that your interests really are rooted in profits - and couldn’t give a lick about the customer.
