Chumash Casino Resort

Drinks were great, staff was phenomenal, the staff in the food court area are amazing. My order got kind of confusing and the staff were on top of it and fixed it and it wasn't any issue that they did it just something happened and they are phenomenally amazing about giving me a great experience. I will visit this place again in the future even if I lost 30 bucks in the casino.

No masks if fully vax'd. No bingo yet. No spa or buffet. Pool open, hotel, Willows. Lots of new machines.

Filthy premises, nauseating fragrance pumped into room to cover up smoke, staff does not keep up on cleaning, spilled drinks, cigarette ashes everywhere and sticky machine buttons are gross, gambling is a full on unregulated rip-off. Avoid!

Just arrived home from a day at the casino. Went up to play bingo. Couldnt understand the bingo caller, they took our money and didn't explain what we we're buying, found out I paid for extra sheets I didnt even want. Went to the buffet that stated one price online then we were told it was $40,00 a plate when we went to pay. Picked out plates and first 4 plates had dried food on them. Top and bottom. Im not talking about specks of food it was globs of food. Finally got clean plates and noticed most of the food looked like it was sitting for a while. Not fresh. Wilted lettuce, dried out sushi, dried out Italian prime rib wasnt even pink. Not worth the price. On a positive note the fruit was fresh and desserts were very good. You're better off paying $2.50 for tacos in the food court. (they were delicious) I also noticed not much winning on the slots. Very tight machine's. I wont be going back anytime soon.

I always have a good time at Chumash. Rooms are great, game variety and friendly staff. The only problem I had was the dinner buffet wasn't as good as I had anticipated especially to pay about $27 each.

We love the Chumash! The casino is always a fun time and their drinks are amazing- especially the bloody Mary's. The spa is a fantastic experience as well. The workers could be a bit nicer in the casino, but nothing to make me not go back. The staff in the spa are always pleasant. I have lots of family members who will take a "staycation" and thoroughly enjoy their "get-a-way".

It was our first time staying overnight at the casino. We really loved our mountain view room. The cleaniness and size of the room far exceeded our expectations. We will be staying again in the future.

It is an amazing place to stay. Exceptional service and rooms. The food is amazing, except for the ribs, they are to dry and tough.

If you live in Santa Barbara county you don't wanna miss this place. Only weak point is no free drinks in the casino: (

Second-rate Casino making an effort to be the real deal but coming up short. The machines are well-worn and in need of major overhaul. The place seems to be short staffed since we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to fix the machine we were playing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and seem to care about the players enjoyment. We ate in the cafe and found the food good and the staff friendly and efficient.

Nice casino! Played black jack for the first time and the dealer Frank was nice and didn't mind me being a newbie! Would definitely come back!

Excellent dining. Gaming is always a plus too. The new additions to the lodging here made me wish I could reside permanently.but, life.

This is an Indian Casino and Hotel. Staff is friendly and slot machines are varied. Offers free soft drinks for players.

I last went on my birthday i walked in with 60.oo and cashed out at 540.00 went to aj spurs and had a nice dinner

Fun place to getaway, from LA; smoking and non smoking areas to gamble. Friendly staff, an abundance of change machines, very clean casino.

Been coming here for awhile. Seen the transformation. Bigger floor. Food court, restaurants, hotel and bar. Machines have become a bit tight.again.it happens. However it's a fun place! Go enjoy!

Its been better when it comes to $. However the service and the hosts for the tournament were amazing and gorgeous!

We just went to gamble for the night. It was pretty fun and the hotel called a taxi for us home when we asked.

Beautiful location with restaurants, hotel and gift shops.just don't gamble too much - the people working there are very helpful and courteous in all aspects
