Definitely my favorite place for tea in the area! I have tried a couple different types of drinks here, but personally, nothing beats their honey osmanthus oolong tea.

One thing I appreciate is how they have a strong tea option. Their tea isn't too sweet as well, which is nice.

Parking here is convenient as there is a guest and retail garage parking nearby. Also, service here is relatively fast during all my visits here.

This might be my own fault for getting 50% sugar, and less ice, but the drink was fine for the first quarter, but then it became really bland/watery.

Find this boba place in Sunnyvale. This place is in an apartment complex. There is a parking garage and 30 min side parking. It doesn't have many spaces since it is an apartment complex parking garage.
You can order via the self-ordering device. Drink come up pretty quickly. The drink is good. The boba is kind of chewy.
They have their famous drink displayed next to the ordering machine. Pricewise it is the same as other boba shops but the add-on is more expensive compared to some other boba shops. The price adds up when you add other stuff.

Liked the taste of honey osmathus. Their drink is on the lighter side which fits my appetite, but I can see why some people aren’t a fan.

Came here once then stopped going. Expensive and uncustomized drinks, was not impressed with the quality of milk tea products, plain and watered down. Average service. Just because it's located in a high end apartment building it doesn't mean it's good, it only means it's got convenience to charge what they want. Very small oddly-designed space. I felt uncomfortable sitting there 'cause table was small and sitting was cramped. It is pretty much set up for grab-and-go, not ideal for social gathering.

Just drive alittle past the store and park in parking structure on there are several designated commercial parking spots. Good quality Oolong milk tea with boba. Soft and chewy pearls

I've only tried this place once, but I had a great experience. Just by looking at the menu, I felt nostalgic about the beverages in Taiwan. Many of these drinks are not offered in other milk tea places. I normally would order a standard milk tea (black tea), but I felt compelled to order other items. I got myself a Pomelo oolong and added aiyu as a topping. I was in heaven. My wife got a taro with fresh milk, boba added. We were both very pleasant with our drinks.

This was a nice discovery and I would certainly go back. I wish a store like this would open in the Tri-valley closer to home.

Tasty and refreshing. Had cosmo mango, orange and guava smoothie and a peach freeze. Ambience is good and friendly staff.

Literally chunks in cheese foam and they charged $1 extra. Not mixed fully. Very powdering. Disgusting. Do not come here.

Worst boba shop ever… very bad customer service and it was so slow (second in the queue, few people at the shop and I waited for 15minutes). Didn’t ask me ice level then I got a hot boba tea?

Good quality tea. My favorite is the pineapple oolong which is just right at 30% sweet. Grapefruit was very very refreshing - perfect for toning done a greasy meal you just had. We tried half of the menu and none of the quality is to disappoint besides the milk (which taste pretty cheap like the Costco gallon milk). Purple rice fresh milk is outstanding but the low quality milk takes away half of it. Do sign up on Square to get a free drink after 10 drinks!

Brought my workout team here after a good workout session during the weekend. Nothing like a good cold drink after a workout session. I recommend trying their raspberry oolong tea. It is really refreshing. The atmosphere of the shop is really chill and their music is very RnB and Soul (which is my favorite). Employees there are very chill as well and they are really friendly. If you are looking for a place to hangout and just talk with your friends, this is a place I would recommend. It also is a good place to study alone or study with your friends.

Honestly such a bad experience. The tea prices are outrageous ($6 for a small cup and $7 for a large) especially for watered down mediocre tea. I got 2 drinks, 2 honey osmanthus, brown sugar lattea, and the guava mango orange smoothie. They honey osmanthus is supposed to be the most popular, but I honestly don’t understand why. Me and my girlfriend both tried the honey osmanthus. We ordered the exact same sugar level, but mine was significantly more sweet. Such inconsistent flavors. The brown sugar lattea is usually a classic at every boba store, and they managed to screw it up. It has way too much syrup at that point we were straight up drinking syrup. Also the guava mango orange smoothie had huge chunks of ice and fruit. At least they use real fruit. But seriously the quality of the drinks are low and the wait times are usually long. The staff seem inexperienced; and the owner is especially rude. Please take your money somewhere else.

Their tea has being going down in quality since they started, used to be the best, but now it feels a bit watered down. Their matcha is not good.

It’s our first time to have honey oolong tea and winter lemonade. It’s very nice atmosphere moreover no crowd!
Tips: their is guest /shop parking at the leasing parking lot to avoid the street parking.

I went here over the weekend, and let's just say the experience was overhyped. So many of my friends said this place was very good, but when I got here, there was inappropriate music playing, and the customer service was honestly terrible. A tall teenage boy took my order and he was so rude and I had to repeat my order many times before he could get it right. I paid around $20 for 3 drinks which is on the higher end, but it is ok for prices these days. What didn't justify the price was the wait time, overall service, and taste. As I said before, the teenage boy taking my order was so rude, and then I had to wait 15-20 min for my drinks to come out when there were barely any people waiting in the store. After, when I tried my drink (honey osmanthus, the most popular drink according to the menu and the cashier) I almost spit it out. It was so sweet even though I got 0% sugar (recommended amount), and I specifically asked for aiyu jelly but I got a thin layer that didn't even cover the bottom. Honestly, this place isn't worth it especially for the price. Please take your business somewhere else, and please hire some better employees that aren't teenagers.

I took my trained, 7 month old Frenchton puppy because it is a pet-friendly location. We ordered a grapefruit green tea and water. The drinks were very refreshing!:) The owner was friendly and briefly spoke to us to ensure there were no accidents. So, I occasionally took my puppy outside to use the bathroom. There are pet waste bags outside as well, so it’s very convenient. Overall, great tea and service! ^^
