Chuze Fitness, San Bernardino CA

Cool staff. Equipment works great. People don't really clean the machines as much as they should. A lot of times the wipe containers are empty. The sauna isn't hot enough. Other than that a good gym.

Nice and clean place. Staff will aknoledge every one and every time making you feel welcome. Also my son loves going to their kids club who are also very welcoming

I love Chuze in general, but this is by far my favorite location. The people are friendly and the facility is very clean. I love the pools temperature. The only negative is the parking. It is always crowded and difficult to find a parking spot.

My husband and I really enjoyed the vibe of both staff and members at Chuze. The equipment, cleanliness and amenities are great too.

Get place for a workout I love the steam room great after workout smoothie's 2. Even though it does get packed nobody bugs you and no1 hits on you and so far every1 that's goes has a good attitude. If you're looking for a gym I recommend CHUZE for sure ladies you don't have to worry about creeps lol

My favorite staff are no longer there and they always made me feel welcomed and appreciated. On my bad days they’ve cheered me up

This gym is by far the best I have ever been to. We utilize our premium membership in almost every way. I love that it is clean and not full of broken machines. It is big enough to not have to wait forever for people to finish up with a machine (there are plenty!) We take advantage of a nice hydro massage after every workout and I am nice and tan from the tanning section. I love the smoothie bar and that it has low calorie options and prices are reasonable because my kids always want something. My son loves the kids club! There is so much to do that we haven't even had a chance to use the pool and sauna but we will because I see it and it looks nice and clean. I cant believe all of the amenities we get for 24.00 per month! Love Love LOVE Chuze fitness!

Love this gym! Super clean! Has everything I need, suana, steam room, movie workout room, hydromassage room. The staff is amazing, so much energy and acknowledges every customer that walks thru the door. The staff is always making sure to make there rounds of cleaning and being attentive with the customers. Whovever is running this place has it down and is on top of it. The gym has security and I feel safe.

I love the the clean and vibrant atmosphere. It’s the most modern gym I’ve been to and for a very reasonable price. My health is important but so is atmosphere when I workout. Along with the staff everyone is super friendly inside you can manage to make a couple workout buddies! Can’t forget clean and maintained amenities for my workouts! I hope to see more of this chain around the nation

Worst place to go work out the staff are so unprofessional the lack of customer service is ridiculous. It smells and it’s always dirty. Go to the new EOS gym just opened. 10x better

So much space and plenty equipment to work out! Everyone is super energetic and nice. Overall perfect gym vibes!

Very clean and comfortable environment, I just really wish they were open 24 hours because I get out of work too late but I wouldn’t like to change to another gym, also it would be better if the hip abduction machine seat could be adjustable to lean it forward, since this could be helpful for short people like me to adopt better positions and support.

Very clean gym. I appreciate how the restrooms are always clean compared to other gyms. Also staff is always very welcoming. Every once in a while I'll see a machine broken but they're always quick to fix it.

Staff is always pleasant. The gym is always clean. Love the team training. Wish they had more classes in San Bernardino and that they would go back to their pre Covid hours. But other than they are by far best gym membership

Please, keep your eye on the theater working out area, o stayed there more than half an hour and no one press play movie, imagine you hear that menu music for half an hour!
I tried to call the front desk and I was sunck in the automated answer machine: (even number six not working) and it wasn't that busy guys!
Also, Please install shelves in the shower area to put our shower gel and shampoo on it.not on the floor: (

Not the best but not the worse either. Location is terrible and always feels unsafe no mater the time of day. The cleanliness in restrooms is a hit or miss after 3pm. People tend to hog the weights 2-4 pairs at a time, really? You're not Mr Olympia but anyway staff should walk around more like they would when this gym first opened. Remind people of proper gym etiquette because this is a SHARED GYM, not a personal/home gym. When people are not hogging the weights and talking instead of working out, dumbbells are usually in their place. Need better equipment, the Fontana chuze has much better equipment than this one.

The variety of equipment is great and being able to schedule for Fitness groups/classes at any given date is also amazing.
