Chuze Fitness, Escondido CA

This gym is the BEST. Pre-covid it was the cleanest gym I had ever been to the staff were constantly walk-in around cleaning, dusting and checking the machines. Now that they have re-opened the staff have upped their already stellar cleaning routine plus added more sanitizing stations to help gym goers wipe down their machines. Chuze is a great gym with an awesome staff! You also can't beat their membership prices!

I enjoyed going to ChuzeFitness unfortunately due to covid -19 I have been trying to cancel my membership with no success. I read on their website to contact my local gym for a email or fax number to cancel my membership but have not been able to get a hold of anyone.

The staff here is so kind and helpful ive never had an issue they couldn’t solve! The gym is always clean, the drinks are reasonably priced, you can bring a friend with a premium membership, the hydromassage room is so good when you’re sore! Sometimes it’s busy but never to the point I can’t do my workout. Lots of love and appreciation for All of the staff especially during this pandemic. ️

If you sign up and cancel later, they will keep charging you even if they are closed due to the coronavirus.

I love this gym! I love how friendly everyone is, customers and staff- you can really tell that there’s a sense of community here. Classes are fun to try out and everyone will help you set up if you’re new. It’s always clean and smells nice. Will continue to be a member here!

Great people work here unfortunately I did leave this gym for a larger gym that was open better hours I hope in the future you will be open later than 8 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday I think that would really help but you guys are all awesome people keep up the good work

Came in from out of town and just needed a one day workout. No pressure at all from Payton or Jayden, both really personable and accommodating. Did not try to hard sell me anything just made my one visit fantastic. Thx Chuze Fittness!

Very friendly staff. Cheap price and has a vast selection of equipment. My only issue is that it is a small location. Due to the classes the gym can get packed around 5-7pm. It’s usually empty on weekends. Parking is also a hassle, there’s a restaurant, Vons and gas station that usually clog the entrances or parking.

Staff is very friendly always greets and says goodbye. No snobby attitudes. Gym is nice and clean most people working out are friendly. Have no complaints

Great location with amazing staff. Have never felt shamed here, or unwelcome. Very comfortable environment for all, no matter what part of your workout journey you are in!

I was a member at 24 Fitness for years and I've been to several LA Fitness and Gold's Gyms around the country. This is by far the best fitness club I've been to. The staff are very positive and always there to help you out without hesitation. The facilities are the cleanest I've ever seen in any gym. The only downside is that there are no barbells. They have smith machines that rotate vertically and horizontally and everything else you could possibly need to get a decent workout. If you are looking to get huge, this is not your gym. If you're sick of being injured or your goals are every other category, this gym has what you need. Tanning beds and individual saunas are awesome.

Chuze Fitness Escondido has been absolutely fantastic! The staff - especially Raul, Victoria, and Payton - are truly wonderful people who care about the gym and its patrons. The facilities are always clean and, so long as you don't go at peak times, the gym is fairly open. I've never waited more than a minute to use a machine or bench and all the members are really cognizant about taking care of the equipment and wiping down.

Most helpful staff, very clean, extremely friendly, and has a lot of options for workout machines.

Such nice people, and it's great when it's not busy. The only issue I have is that it's cold. I know that sounds weird, but when you start to sweat, it can be uncomfortable. That, and I seem to have allergies the next day. Still, I'm so glad I made the commitment, and as a commitaphobe, this is a big step for me! I choose Chuze!

Super clean and the staff is really friendly but workout equipment selection is not that great. They need more free weights and up to date equipment. But with that being said you cant beat the price.

Friendly staff, classes, circuit training, lots of elliptical and treadmills, exercise machines and free weight, modernized changing rooms with lockers, sauna sunbedsetc. Very clean and never smelly.

My wife used to work out here for a while when we lived in the area a few years ago. We took up bike riding instead.

The staff here is ALL super friendly and attentive. Machines are always super clean and even when it is packed it is always easy to find somewhere to workout. Manager Jayden goes above and beyond to make sure all members are happy with the gym. I have even seen him greet many individuals by name! Overall can't beat this value and quality.

Left LA Fitness to come here and so glad we did! So much cleaner and staff is sooo much friendlier! LA they barely even look up at you when you walk in the door!

I cannot believe how hot they keep the heater in this place.you figure the winter it's a great time to work out and get ready for the summer but it's so hot in here.
