Honestly love this gym, it'sgreatly priced and the staff are all amazing. HOWEVER. Ever since they reponed during quarantine, they have been one of the very few gyms to open, thus causing a large influx of customers, aka less machines/weights available. Since they haven't bought any new equipment, it's literally impossible to get anything you want from 5-close making it frustrating and rather annoying. 3 stars until further improvements and accommodations are made to support the large amount of new gym goers

Very welcoming and accommodating. Outdoor and indoor. A little busy/crowded but still manageable.

For us to be in the middle of a pandemic and one of the only gyms open in the inland empire everything is going as expected more people because it's less gyms. I'm happy they're open and available to the community.

So I'm deciding to write an actual review because it showed me a notification to rate this place on my phone and I was like "yeah for sure 5 stars. " The people that work there are really cool and chill. Also there's this one lady that says hi to me by my name when i walk in which is pretty cool lol (my name is Derek btw). I've been going there for over a year now and have had no complaints since. Honestly an amazing place to be:)

I tried canceling my membership because I have been out of work due to Covid. I called to cancel and they cancelled however a few days later I was charged. I called and talked to a Chris Clever. I explained to him that I could not afford membership and could not go due to covid and told me that I was still able to use the facility even after I told him I had covid. He was very rude and did not seem to care about the situation. I told him I couldn't that I was sick. He told me that I should have cancelled 10 days before my membership ended.

Great space, friendly staff, nice amenities, affordable. They have over 5 stair masters which is something I appreciate. They even have a juice bar inside of the facility. Also have the free lockers available. Great machines, nice environment, clean pool, you should try it out. Free 7 day trial by downloading the app

Great gym, large, lots of activities and machines, beautiful pool, friendly staff, very clean and well kept.

Maddie is the greatest chuze employee ever! I go to Fullerton, Rialto, and rancho and she is always the most polite and seems to be the hardest working.

Place is nice and good prices but has no free weights and with my wife's membership there was a problem with a billing update and they asked us to go both (which is really hard because we are busy) and now that we go they tell us that we have to pay for the months that the membership was cancelled?
because the billing was not updated correctly? Horrible IMO I havent seen those bussiness practices in a long time, you should only pay for what you use.

Clean Gym, friendly staff! Restrooms are spotless and the environment is welcoming. There is also PLENTY of equipment! By far the best gym i have visited. No haggled prices, No competitive atmosphere and no Stuck up rude staff members. Once my trial is over i will definitely be purchasing a membership!

Tried this gym out for the first time Tuesday. Slowly falling in love. Open 24 hours on weekdays, hydro massage chairs, smoothie bar, two separate areas with cardio equipment, double the machines than my current gym. And Free lockers, your not allowed to bring bags on the floor. (courtesy lockers but free non the less)

I when to kids club they told me i have to wait cause the kids club is full it wasn't this is not cool they close at 8: 30 i show up at 7: 10 i know people where not going come and pick up there kid anytime soon i pay 30 dollars a month to wait i don't think so they better fix it or they lose more people

Just began my 7 day trial and so far I'm loving it! I went during a "busy" rush hour and there were still plenty of equipment to choose from. Emmett up front is super sweet and helpful and I love the movie room! The circuit equipment is also really great for a novice like me who has no idea what to do when walking into a gym. Definitely going to stick with this place!

I love this gym. The day care staff is amazing there is no gym intimidation they have stocked supplies to wipe down machines when you are done. It is very clean again I love it here.

Great environment. Cool & helpful staff. Clean and well maintained. Cool music. Lots of ways to create a great workout routine. Lots of extras. The hours fit well with my availability. Awesome place.

Every time I go I am greeted by people who love working at Chuze and the machines are always clean. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location regardless of what time I go. The child care cant be beat for the price and the kids have fun. I love the theater room and sauna.

Amazing gym. You know when you go to the gym and check in, and the girl behind the counter smacks her gum and doesn’t even acknowledge you while you scan your card? THAT IS NOT THIS GYM. This gym is amazing. They always greet you when you enter! And all of the equipment is always clean. There is plenty of cardio equipment. They also have a pool, inferred sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi!

Staff here it best of any gym I've been to BY FAR. Always feel welcomed. Amenities at this gym are also top notch; especially for the price.

Nice clean place, very friendly staff. I like that there is a cinema room. Fun to work out while watching some good movies.

Large and clean but a bit limited in the weight section. Also, it used to be nice a few months ago because it wasn't too packed in the evenings but they just keep adding people and now it's quite difficult to get in the workout you want. Save your money for a quieter gym if you like less people in the evenings/nights.
