Chuze Fitness, Fullerton CA

All i needed was to cancel my kids club plan. Two times i missed the cut off by 1 day and would not be able to cancel my kids club plan. I thats $60 that went out the window. So i decided to cancel my memebership, which they said they would still charge me for my kids pack but would cancel mine. Which meant i would be only paying for my kids.but i cant just leave my kids there (nor would i). So they can still process my kids.and gladly cancel mine. I had to pay an additonal month to cancel. And i wont be able to go to the gym for the next month. Another 50 dollars out the door. If they didnt have such black and white policy on the kids, maybe they would still have me as a loyal member. As of now, ill be looking for another gym. I was there for over one year. Terrible policy that resulted in terrible customer sevice.

This gym has enough machines, you don't have to wait for one. The staff is very respectful and friendly. The only bad thing about the facilities is the cinema area: It is small and therefore there are not enough machines.

The staff is great and friendly, the machines look new and kept clean. I see staff fixing machines all the time when they're broken.the place is bright, audio and visuals are great.hours are great.the only downside is a lack of pool, but that shouldnt take away a star imo.

They tried to get me locked up for a lie claiming that I was going asleep. Which tried to keep harass me for a lie, the individual that saw did escort the cop the sauna area like instructed. When needing assistance no waste the front desk. Tried use QRC SCAN CODE get into the sauna did work. Was able to get after one of the employees that saw early. Some person to person arrest is
inconceivable because you are in a gym.

Two, I'm suppose to get a copy of sect document so I can know who my accuser is

Clean and very friendly place. After being a member for 8 months now I can say it’s the best gym in Fullerton. It’s got all the equipment you need for a low price that others can’t beat.

If you are looking for a gym that is open 24 hours that is clean with a lot of machines this is the gym for you.

Great gym for as low as $10 a month. Everything you would expect from a modern franchise gym except a pool and heavy bags.

I've worked out at lots of gyms as a guest, but this was the first time I became a member because it is far better than the rest at a fair price the staff is friendly, it always feels freshly cleaned. The circuit area and movie room are great when you need a quick workout or are not sure what to do. Best gym ever. Like I said, usually always clean but sometimes there occasional Rattatas around. Maybe they should get an exterminator, or more pokeballs.

This is my go to gym every week. Every time I'm in there, there is staff cleaning one thing or another, which makes me feel a lot better about using the equipment. I love the cinema room. It helps me get my cardio in even when I'm super low on motivation. It does get packed at peak hours, but what gym doesn't. I just try to go after everyone leaves, which is usually around 9: 30-10: 00. Super friendly staff!

Free weight area is way too crowded all the time and the options aren't great. This gym favors cardio. Everything else about it is great, too bad I'll be looking elsewhere.

Clean gym, friendly staff and respectable people all make this a great gym. Glad I switched and don’t have to hear another lunk alarm.

The accuracy of the “usually not too busy” or “busy” is wonderful.really let’s me know whether it’s a good time to go or not.the gym is very clean and the staff are friendly people.

This place is so awesome! It’s super clean because the staff constantly cleans everything. Staff is super professional and friendly. Music is perfect. It has a movie theater so you nice if that’s your thing.

The only reason I keep going to this gym is the amazing staff and great building such a great place to work out

Great space, super friendly staff and a huge variety of machines, weighs, studio areas, abs and stretch spaces. Visited here while on vacation and totally in love.

Talk about clean! It is great. Needs a little more heavy weight equipment but for daily use it's perfect. Staff is awesome.

They say they don't judge, but once I took off my shirt everyone judge. It was funny i am fat I come to get skinny but equipment very good, staff very nice, I will be skinny so thank you Chuze I chuze you to be my fitness goal

I love my gym. Chuze fullerton is clean, the staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. They are always cleaning which is a great thing for me because im a germaphobe. The gals in the kids club are awesome with my boys and everyone is always happy and smiling, which is what i need to get motivated! Great job chuze!

Best gym ever. Equipment is well taken care of and Amenities are on point. Hydromassage, steam room, infra red room, theater room.
