CIBO Rustico Pizzeria, Santa Rosa CA

Super friendly and nice staff. Food was alright. They have a cooking option but we didnot know that but their wine options were pretty good. So it worked out. Just have the picture of bread sticks which was soft and tasty. Wish they gave a dip of some kind.
They even added a birthday candle for the tiramisu which was yumm!

Wow! Came to D'Argenzio for wine and got a chance to sample several dishes from Cibo for my upcoming rehearsal dinner that we are having here. OMG amazing food! The pizzas are so tasty and unique and even the bruschetta was sooo flavorful. Wish I could have sampled more but will definitely be back soon. Yum yum yum!

Omg! You must try this place
Outstanding food. Service was fast and friendly. If you are looking for a place with great food /vibe I recommend you try this place. We had a fresh green arugula salad with fresh shaved palm cheese and crispy prosciutto to start and then a terrific pizza eith hand thrown crust! Fantastic!

So delicious! The fava bean salad is my absolute favourite! Refreshing and unusually tasty. You can't beat the quality to price ratio. The entrance is strange but once you figure out how to get in you will return!

Great food and great host! They gave me a sample of white wine and it instantly made me feel good. Their Pinot noir was great. We had meat penne pasta, meat balls, veggies and star pizza. Every single food was great. Pizza dough was so delicious! I’m glad we stopped by here! Oh I should mention about the surprises for the kiddos! Thank you!

This place has a wonderful atmosphere and DELICIOUS food. I had the margherita pizza.it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. My coworker had the bolognese penne, I tried a few bites and it was to die for. So sad I’m only visiting and won’t be back anytime soon but so glad I found this place. Highly recommend. The staff was super friendly and attentive as well. Very clean place.

Not a lot of items on the menu but what I had was really really good. Save room for the Pistachio desert (forgot what it was called but it was really good) Service was great too.

The definition of a hidden gem

I ordered bruschetta for the app, then spaghetti and meatballs, and my partner got the star pizza. Appetizers were very yummy! My root beer came in a can which was unexpected and I never like that because you get charged per can. Our bruschetta was not good unfortunately, it was swimming in tomato juice and basically the entire plate was just tomato’s that were unseasoned and spring lettuce instead of basil (which is what the menu stated). All that aside, I enjoyed my meal and the service was good, our waitress was on top of things!

We love this place so much, we just had to go back the next day, their food is amazing, the appetizers were to die for, if I ever happen be in the area again, "I will go again"

Get the CIBO Star pizza and a couple of Mother's Pouch Blonde IPAs. You can thanks me later. Wonderful owner and servers. Will come again for sure.

Great lil Italy vibes. We sat indoors to take in all of the nostalgia. A1 Service and Spectacular food

Eight of my family members arrived at your Cafe to attend our planned party for which we had made a reservation before myself and our main contingent. Instead of being made comfortable, they were seated in the afternoon sun on the side of your building when seats in the shady corner were avaliable. By the time I arrived and spoke up for our party, they were patiently suffering. So, although your food was good and the server was helpful, this start made a dent in our enjoyment. It seems to me that executive direction needs to address common courtesy towards guests who may not appear to be "important people".

A classic Italian restaurant. The food and wine here are excellent and the staff are incredibly nice. The owner came by and was friendly and welcoming, makes you feel like part of the family.

Delicious pizzas. We've only ever ordered takeout but I'd bet it's even better right out of the oven.

CIBO Rustico is always an absolute pleasure. The employees and owner always make sure that the customers feel like they are a part of their family. Every moment was incredible. When the owner came and talked to us, it was like we were talking to an old friend. Besides the incredibly warm and inviting environment, every dish was amazing. I had the spinach ravioli and it was the best I've ever had. The cream sauce perfectly balanced the ravioli spinach filling for harmony throughout the meal. You can't go wrong with any food or drink choice when you go here.

Cibo is one of my families favorite restaurants and not only excels in customer service but also quality of food. Every-time I've eaten there I have been wowed by the pizza and really would recommend anything on the menu. Everyone I know who has tried Cibo loved it.

Pizza, yeah, quality stuff. Certainly a top place in the area. Fast and courteous service. They have a lot of positive reviews for a reason.

We happened on Cibo Rustico Pizzeria purely by accident but believe me, we were happy we did. We were celebrating my brother's birthday and running into long waits and inadequate seating for our large group, when we noticed this sweet little place. We went in and right there, front and center, we saw a large trestle table that would accomodate our crowd of crazies.

We sat down and were immediately made to feel at home with the proprieter greeting us and making recommendations. The menu here is simple - rustic - as it says in the name. You won't find a "stack everything and it's brother on a sauce soaked lump of dough" pizza here. (Thank HEAVEN!)

The pizzas are deliciously and deceptively simple - beautiful fresh ingredients. We several ordered varieties and then just kept ordering more as our hungry crowd kept finishing off what we had. They kept them coming out, hot and delicious and we all ate more than our fill!

The service was excellent, the owner made us feel welcome and comfortable. The restaurant was clean and modern but it felt homey and informal - perfect for our group! Truly one of the most enjoyable 'large party' meals I have ever had in a restaurant.

You might have gathered from my comments above that I am not a big fan of corporate factory produced pizza - but this was so vastly different - it made me love Pizza again! This place is (unfortunately) about an hour's drive from our house but I can't wait to go back. I can't believe I would consider driving that far for a pizza - but I am not only considering it - I am craving it!
