Was verbally harassed by another customer over a simple misunderstanding and the staff did nothing. I get they are not responsible for the actions of others but to top it off a member of the staff hit me on the back of my arm twice directing me to sit down. She hit me on the back of my arm hard enough to feel it several hours later. I left immediately from shock. Needless the least I could do is never return. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else nothing special about this place but its outrageous disrespect.

Whatever you do, do not get your nails done by a lady named Eva! She is so rude! She acts like you are an inconvenience and purposely does a horrible job! She doesn’t even give you a simple hello. I literally left in tears my experience was that horrible. Her polish lasted 2 days. It was stuck all over my skin and lumpy, I rarely treat myself to get my nails done so this lady now reminded me that it’s definitely not worth it!

They do very nice work. I noticed if you have an appointment they are usually late to it, but it seems like they don’t rush their work so it seems like that’s why they are late for the appointment. Just expect to be here for a while but I think if you have the time and money it is very well worth it.

Tommy does my manicure gel nails very nice and Amy take such good care of my headache my pedicure with my nail problems and leg problems it's a great place to get good care it's a little expensive for me but they do very good work

I came here because I thought I could trust them before reading there reviews! I was charged 40 dollars for a manicure plus 8$for a hand wrap! The lady that did ny hand wrap didn't leave my hands in the hand wrap for the full approximate time. My cousin told me that my hands were supposed to stay I the hand wraps until the liquid until the liquid turned into wax. The lady left it on my hands for less then 3mn thwrawSstill liquid

Person who attended me, not cordial at all, unpleasant. Disregarded any indications given, hardly spoke English.only to do a sales pitch. I felt she brisked through the process,
not a top notched place. 43.00 for many and pedi. 18.00 extra for gel on hands. First and last time. I do not recommend it at all!

Worst place ever i came Saturday to do my nails by sunday the gel polish came off from all my nails the lady put 3 layers of gel and was so rushed drying them she also cut me she only keep saying sorry on top of that she made me leave her tip and still say come back again. Never coming back to a place that takes 20 mins to do your nails.

Very disorganized with really long waiting times. We had appointments at 4pm and finally got our services started at 4: 45. They did apologize but if I had not kept asking if we were going to get our services, we would have been waiting much longer. We unfortunately won't come back here

Came here for the first time yesterday and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Mia was incredible! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be making this my permanent spot. It was a bit pricy but for what I got, it was well worth it. I got the detox pedicure and it was $47 but for what you get, it was well worth it.

Staff is friendly and always provides excellent service. Very clean environment and follows Covid safety guidelines.

Worst experience ever HORRIBLE SERVICE! Got a pedicure and full set. First she used the wrong color polish then cut one of my big toenails down so low and uneven. Then told me it was nothing she can do about it and I still had to pay full price. I wasn't satisfied at all, I will never go back there.
