Cienega Med Spa, Santa Monica CA

Today was supposed to be my second time going in for a hydrafacial… unfortunately, I went in for my appointment and they were trying to send me to West Hollywood or Calabasas! This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unacceptable… especially the DAY OF after I had already gotten a confirmation email less than 24 hours ago.

I am very upset about this as I have an event on Tuesday, which is why I scheduled the facial for today. I had also prepaid for the services since I purchased a package after my first hydrafacial. I was a new customer last time and this has really left a bitter taste in my mouth. I don’t think I can ever trust the Santa Monica location again for services. I will also be requesting a refund. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of empathy and customer service. The person at check-in was NOT helpful either.

I paid $150 for an “express hydra facial” and I noticed 0 results. Absolutely nothing about my skin changed. Don’t waste your money

It says no where on your website that it takes a series of treatments. Sounds like a scam to me. And that’s actually a lie no one recommended anything to me - no one even consulted me before the facial. I actually had to pay prior to my facial which is odd, but not for a business that scams. And in fact I did reach out to your business and I was left without a solution just like this response to my review. Scammers AND fabricators.

I've been getting lasered at Cienega Med Spa for almost a year now and it is SO much better than waxing. I have no idea why I didn't come sooner! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly. The experience is somehow even enjoyable. I've worked with Courtney and she is wonderful! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with my laser hair removal at Cienega med spa! After 4 sessions of painless laser, I am seeing great results and barely have to shave in the 4 weeks between sessions. The staff are super friendly as well.

Hey there! I had lip filler in November and after a month I felt like I didn’t have lip filler. My lips were thin again. And I left a comment here. Someone called me and said we will help you about it, could you take your comment back. This time, I won’t take it back. And the guy who called me said that’s normal, sometimes it lasts 3 months but they told me in the clinic, you will have it around 7-9 months. After that we had FaceTime and I showed them. They said they will call me in a week but no one called me. I am sure everyone can find a better place. Thank you!

Bad business wouldnt honor their mistake. Never had this issue before. Wont be going back here

I got laser treatments at Cienega Med Spa Santa Monica for about 1 year and was very happy with my overall experience! The staff is super friendly, responsive, and respectful. The space is very welcoming, relaxing, and clean; there are even refreshments and a nice rest area for people waiting. I had most of my treatments with Jenny, and absolutely loved her, she was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! I would highly recommend her and the spa overall!

Love coming here. My schedule makes it hard to make it to a certain location for services so I love that I can go to their other locations when I’m not by this one. The IVs here are awesome and I had great results with their Sculptra treatment. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with laser hair removal. Not painful at all.and if it gets a little “spicy” as the nurse would say, they’re super friendly and will adjust your setting or add extra gel to make sure it’s pain free. I did a lot of research when picking a spa to do laser at and Cienega has super high quality laser machines. Results have been great!
