I do not understand why people have problems with this place! I’ve literally had not one issue with this shop and if I did I’m preety sure the shop clerk would take care of me in a flash. I’ve been coming here since I first moved out here. Thank you guys fir your amazing service

Been coming here for a minuete, cool owner helped me pick out my first two glass pieces, but the other day I go and purchase a torch only to have it blow up on me while using it, caught my leg and car door on fire and when I go to replace it another clerk swapped it for the same product different color. I gladly thank him and leave. Later that night I use the torch and it seems to leak gas on the sides then the clerk tells me I broke it and that i dropped it after it only being in my car. Hopefully will be in contact with the owner to get this resolved I usually love coming here but the employee that has sold me two broken torches has really ruined the experience might be time to find a new spot ‍️

I believe this place has new management. Called to see if they had what I needed in stock and the gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. Even when I had come in to grab what I needed! Would definitely come back again!

Store has cheap Chinese products - purchased several items on my first and last visit and everything purchased from this store broke or was expired. Also credit card terminal is not safe to use. Used my credit card and an hour later my bank called me and told about suspicious charges on my card. Store does not accept returns - go elsewhere or online for better quality products and cheaper prices.

Best prices, best selection, very friendly staff. The owner is awesome, he has that small shop owner swag jajjaa Keep up the great work!

Cool shop, cool owner. I don’t frequent smoke shops very often but I had to come in here to buy some Quick Fix. Everything worked out and I’ll recommend this place to my friends and family.

Ever since the new ownership change a few years ago this place has been SO MUCH BETTER.the new owners are Egyptian and very nice guys. They have EVERYTHING!

Went in there to buy cigars, opened the box and found out it was infested with bugs. When I went back they didn’t attempt to make it right by giving us a new pack or upgrading the cigars. They wanted to give us a $2 discount on another box. Very disappointed and not customer service oriented.

This place is great but they're never open at the time it says. I got there at 9 waited 30 min and they still we're open. So I left. Other than it's cool.

HE THINKS HE IS SO CUNNING BUT HE IS QUITE THE OPPOSITE. WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A FEMALE UNLESS OF COURSE YOU LIKE BEING HIT ON BY A BABOON! Amazing owner, amazing customer service! The owner has been more than helpful to me, very friendly and respectful! Best prices I have seen and best experience I can truly say that I respect this owner as well as he respects me and his business! Would defiantly recommend this place to everyone for a friendly respectful experience!

Half the quality at double the price. Same stuff as all the smoke shop just costs way too much. Magnolianisna rip off too but it's better than here
