I would really recommend you to buy from another place! We had bought the dress and had the alterations planned (in our case we were to add straps to the dress). When the day came to pick the dress up they had nothing ready, tried to tell us that our alterations were never discussed and tried to up-charge even more for the making of the alterations. Even after having everything stated on paper the employees were very rude and kept denying everything. The place is also very dirty and full of cockroaches. "Franky" was one of the employees helping and was very rude. DO NOT COME HERE

If could give it -5 star I would, first off we had an appt at 12: 30pm got there, no dress it was left at "warehouse" it would take 15 minutes to bring it, well that turned into 2: 30pm. Then, ugly crowns. Paid an extra $40 for a nicer one. Just horrible horrible experience! Oh yea dress was so wrinkled. I asked if they could iron it and they yes but I have to leave it there and come back In a week. DON"T GO HERE STAY AWAY

Came here for my daughters Quinceñeira dress and got a good deal. Was a bit tough when it came time to schedule alterations but overall

They try to get more money out of us when we already paid for everything like we got a hat and two crowns but they where trying to say that we didn't pay for the hat and didn't gives us the other crown they lost the paper that we singed.also the color of my dress wasn't the same color it was a different they try to cover it up DONT NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Worse experience ever! I just walked out of there with a dress we loved and now is totally ruined. They sell to you and once they have you hooked no one knows anything. They tell you they'll call you to set an appointment, after months of not hearing from them I come and now there's no appointments on the weekend and after explaining again and again that I'm unable to come during the week turns out they have to push it out a couple of weeks because of all the appointments they already have. They promised alterations were included but then they charge for them. We come to pick up and the dress and is torn. We come again and dress is a total mess. Some sides were longer than others. They hand me the bouquet and crown in a black bag. Like I didn't just pay 180 for just that. After seeing my face this lady asked if I wanted a box. A huge box that totally wasn't meant for this bouquet.
They have the worse customer service ever!

Honestly this store is the reason why my quince was a huge fail they told me the dress i had wanted was not available anymore and that they had 4 dresses similar to it. None of the dresses looked similar.

The lady that attended us was very nice and the dress that I got was.beautiful I try to not let these reviews get in my way of how much I love this dress and my crown I hope nothing goes wrong with the process of being able to obtain the dress.

0 stars! Horrible service do not buy anything from here! I purchased a Quinceañera dress in March 2022 they said it would be ready in December 2022. I just contacted them now they say I have to wait until January 2023. They never answer calls or emails. I texted them after multiple times they respond and keep changing the time. I regrets buying a dress. They refuse to give me a deposit.

Worst experience ever! I paid my deposit for 3 items, scheduled appointment for pick up and they did not have my items ready TWICE! I lost my deposit and waisted my time. I live in Orange County I'm never coming back.

Worst customer service. Didn't have my dress at location when it was suppose to be weeks before. Never answer phones, email or text. Then had to come next day to pick up. Order was wrong.
