We love coming here. The rewards program is awesome but it's not as updated as some of the other cinemarks out there (no recliner)

I enjoy taking my family here. Its clean and the popcorn is always on point and the customer service is amazing and very helpful.
10/15/21 Nice theater! Very very clean bathrooms! Excellent sound system in theater but $12 for 2 hotdogs? Costco hotdogs are tastier.

THAY NEED SECURITY I WAS THER YESTERDAY AND THERE WAS A GROUP OF KIDS TALKING SO LOUD DERING THE VENOM AT 3: 30 MOVIE I CALLED SACRTY THE CAME FOR 2 SEC AND JUST LEFT DID NOTHING DID NOT ENJOY THE MOVI AT ALL I WANT A REFUND
Went yesterday 10/01/2021 to see Venom and I don't know what happened this place was a mess.there was popcorn everywhere even in the soda dispenser. There was no straws. The bathrooms where dirty, felt very regretfully on going specially during this pandemic it seems they had no cleaning. Very disappointed.
What was the purpose of assigning seats? There was no one to enforce the seat assignment. The patrons totally ignored the seat assignment and we were not even socially distanced from others. I don't understand the point.
Prices got way better on everything and pretty clean def gonna try to come back as soon as there something else to watch
The theater was very clean and not alot of people. The only downside was that there were elementary aged children in the theater who kept kicking my chair and I was in the handicapped section. They were very chatty throughout the entire movie.
Why don't you refill on large popcorn or large soda? Other theaters do refills on their large popcorn and soda! They suck
Too many pre movie advertising. The pre movie lasted for 46 minutes and it was stuff you see on your TV and it took forever to get to the movie and preview
