My first IMAX experience, and it was great!
The cinema has great interior, and a giant screen.
Best part: you can get food delivered to your seat at any point (with "bottomless popcorn bucket" as one of the options)

Nice theater and I understand it's luxury but the
prices for the food was absolutely absurd. My sister paid $9 for an icee and it came in basically a kiddie cup.

And the waiters coming to you to order interrupting your meal I didn't really like either. Me and my sister kind of missed the beginning of the movie to order food. If you're gonna have a place this nice, at least let us order online before the movie starts instead of waiting for a waiter since there's no concession stand.

The food was good, the staff were friendly, and the seats were very comfy, I'll give them that.

SCAM of a place! Popcorn wasn't warm, asked for a refill 3 times for the popcorn and drink, never came. Service was bad all saying they'll bring it right away. Parking is a ripoff even with validation. Bathrooms were messy. If you're trying to enjoy a night out, might as well look for another theater.

Terrible experience, again. For a new cinema, you can hear the loud air conditioning going on and off during the movie. Horrible service as well; we asked twice for food and drinks while seating and never got our order. We even walked down to ask again, without success. On top of that, parking isn’t complimentary past 3 hours. Not recommended at all, there are much better place to have your business.

The whole point of going to a cinema is that you can enjoy a film with greater comfort and fewer distractions than watching at home. I exited my film early because the theater was too cold. I had already mentioned how cold it was to one of the servers but she showed no interest in addressing my concern. I also didn't appreciate paying so much money for a pizza that was store-bought freezer section quality, nor was I thrilled at having a crucial plot point interrupted by a server asking for my signature for the bill. Very disappointing for a newly built cinema complex.

The service here is not great. It took 40 minutes for someone to take our order and another 30 minutes to get our order. We asked for refills and they gave us the wrong thing. When we explained this, the employee told us we were the ones that ordered it wrong, when in reality when we initially put in the order they read it back to us correctly. They told us we had to press the button again to our correct order, and they never came back to get our order again. Won't be coming back.

This place was amazing, great
drinks And food. There was great customer service from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out.

Great seats, gigantic theater screen. Excellent customer service, excellent seat servant. Soon as you go inside the theater they greet you to your seat and give you the breakdown.

Nice place to watch movies but everything is expensive.
The movies are not subtitled, it is the first time we come to this cinema.

Just go to AMC or Cinemark instead of paying for this overpriced theater. “Bottomless” beverage and popcorn was 0 refills. Had to ask 5x (no exaggeration) for a Kiwi Lemonade refill but they never got it. And then they had the audacity to ask for a tip…only tip I had for them is to not advertise drinks or popcorn as bottomless if they did not have any intentions to refill.

Parking irritated me so much. Validated and still $20? Drive separately with a few friends and spend $80 on parking total? What is that?

Could be a nice Imax theater. However, they will charge you $15 dollars for parking even after validation.

Very nice environment, food with IMAX screen. They validate the parking ticket up to 3 hours.
The seats are very comfortable, big space. They have a variety of food, non-alcohol, and alcohol drinks just to watch the movie, relax ans have a very good time. This is my favorite place moving forward.

Food is delicious, seats brand new and comfortable. However I have this to say; Parking is too expensive even after you use your free parking “free time”.

I loved it the food was excellent it was very nice and clean and the seats are very comfortable reclined or not you will love it

The service is good. The only thing is people need to come on time so they can put their order in that way when movie starts everyone is taken care of. The staff needs to know not to be in the way and have a inside voice when movie starts.

Parking proximity to theater is very convenient. Facilities are top notch. Food and drinks are delicious. Bottomless popcorn and icees is just what the doctor ordered.
