Cinnabon, Redding CA

Not a good location. I'm a Cinnabon fan, but this one has consistently low quality. My Cinnabon I got today didn't even have their normal frosting. It was some kind of marshmallow replacement I think. Often they are overcooked and dry.

Went this morning with my son to the mall and promised we’d grab Cinnabon on the way out. I stopped by before they officially opened, and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and let us know that the hot ones (my son’s request) were coming out in about five minutes. We came back, and the lady who rung us up was also super nice! Our Cinnabon was just as we expected it would be, and we’ll be back again. Thank you for the wonderful service this morning!

Bought 2 X 4 packs and they were old and extremely dry inside. Very disappointed. Far inferior quality to what we get from Cinnabon back in South Africa

Ordered delivery through their Cinnabon app and it never arrived. Went into the store the next day and the Manager BhawnDeep I believe, asked if we wanted a refund or our food and we chose the food obviously haha but she handled it so well even thought it wasn’t their fault whatsoever! It was the third party that their app uses to deliver the foods fault (Doordash, who was ZERO help!) Thank you for our food and we appreciated the service so much.

Tried to order it through UberEATS at 5: 20, and the driver got there at 6: 05 was told they were closed and never revived an order, I'm sure the person working didn't want to deal with a 16 pack order and just ignored it because it was so close to close times since I got the confirmation they revived the order. Check yalls employees, we would never at my work.

Sold me stale cinnamon rolls. They asked if I want them microwaved when they sold them to me. I said yes. Tried to eat one outside with my husband but they weren’t even warm and they were hard. Took them home. Microwaved then myself for a few seconds. Warm but still hard as rock. Gross enough to toss in the trash. Waste of almost 15 dollars!

My husband and I got home from a long day of work. We use door dash often and decided a few gooey high calorie treats was in order. Well $18 later and the driver shows up with the worst Cinnabon’s I have ever had! They were barely iced and hard as if they had sat out all day and they just gave us them because we weren’t there to pick them out. Both of us were so upset and extremely disappointed. I would not at all recommend this place.

After a 5 1/2 hour drive, made it just before close. Received the warmest welcome and best service imaginable. Thanks so much.

I love thia place. I go there every day before work to get my coffee. They have always treated me great.

Went to mall Saturday August 3rd it was very busy, alot of people school shopping and what not. My cinnabon and oreo drink were divine!
The service was excellant! The Lady that made my drink must have been the manager, she was friendly, fast and helpful. In fact she suggested the Oreo drink by offering me a sample of it to try. Great idea I couldnt refuse. Then she gave me coupons for Auntie Anne's Pretzels so i could have lunch.
Nice place, nice people, Great service! Loved it!

Honestly either the person that owns this particular cinnabon live under a rock or is completely stupid. I read through these comments and see that this Sally obviously is 1/2 if not all the probably and if she is the one at cinnabon in a auntie Anne's work shirt a drug test would be in order for her and the annoying voiced blonde that works there. I mean drugs are bad people and by running these peoples business it's making it look bad for him/her/them. The service I received from this so called "manager" and Blondy was hands down the worst in my life I see them not being here much longer with this service they deal. And the fact I overheard slang talk of using an illegal drug on the mall premises makes me feel very scared for what else the mt Shasta mall will allow to go on at there businesses. Please fix this this is why our children have to be so guarded. Druggy low life people running our suppose to be safe establishments bad customer service skills and OWNERS letting their business be ran by such people I mean it is your money that is getting thrown down the traash (or into a meth pipe/needle/snorted) whatever it maybe person me and my family love cinnabon and would love for it to be kept around in Redding but until the problem is fixed my family or friends and their family will not be enjoying this treat and I will speak out to everyone until u get these druggies out of our mall. Sorry to be so harsh I just am shocked at how I was treated and what I over heard

Replace all of the staff, and you'll have a good store. I have never had a positive experience here, in terms of quality of service or product.
